Hmm, I guess the FBI has gone green.

My pillow 720x405

I was, on one level amused, and another level shocked, to read that Mike Lindell, (The My Pillow Guy) was served a warrant by the FBI for his phone in a Hardees drive through.

On the one hand it’s ludicrous the the FBI is following Mr. Lindell around during a hunting trip waiting for a opportunity to serve a warrant. That they should choose to do so in a Hardees Drive through is laughable.

Mr. Lindell explained to the FBI that his phone runs five businesses and also controls his hearing aids. I know the latter to be a real thing, having known several folks whose hearing aids were controlled through their phones and one of which had the audio picked up and reprocessed through his phone’s microphone prior to the sound being sent to his particular hearing aids.

Mr Lindell notified the FBI that he did not own a computer and that all of his business was conducted through the phone and that effectively they would be stopping him from conducting business. It’s been reported that he was not able to make a backup of the phone prior to its seizure.

This whole thing strikes me as “Odd”.

Why does the FBI want his phone? If they can get a warrant for his phone, they could as easily get a warrant to present to the cellphone provider for his call logs. Why take the phone? If they were after his email or messaging do they honestly think that he’d have messages from 2 years ago when Trump was contesting the election?

I don’t know about Mr. Lindell but I never have messages older than a month or two on my phone. Similarly my call logs are purged regularly. Even my email is never more than a month or two old.  Why have old ephemeral data sitting on my phone forever? It’s pointless and a waste of space.

This leads me to conclude the FBI did this in the hopes that Mr. Lindell’s phone might have some data that would be of interest to them. This warrant, like others the FBI has recently served seems to target a phone among other things. It seems like this tactic is nothing more than harassment and / or intimidation.

Gee Sorry FBI… I’m not going to give you my password. I’m going to the first computer terminal I can lay hands on, log in, and command the phone to wipe itself remotely. Then I’ll go buy another phone.

I seriously doubt that you’ll return my phone to me in a reasonable timeframe, even then, it’s likely you’ll have infected it with spyware of various types so that you can effectively illegally wiretap me.

If however you were to specifically ask for a particular set of documents or documents regarding a specific subject, I’d turn them over to you. I see no need to allow you to invade all of my personal matters, photographs, or whatever at your whim during some kind of fishing expedition.

I see no need to make your job easy. I will exercise my 4th amendment right to be secure in my papers and possessions against illegal search & seizure.

Mr. Lindell apparently spoke with his attorney who advised him to hand the FBI his phone.

Which then left Mr. Lindell in a potential safety hazard depending on how his hearing aids reacted to not having the control software of the phone nearby. The friend I mentioned earlier said his hearing aids shut down completely if he got too far from the phone.

I’m not even sure what Mr. Lindell is supposed to have done. Other than continuing to believe that the 2020 election was “Stolen”. He’s chosen to bring law suits to prove the point and accused Dominion of contributing to falsifying the election. Hey he can spend his money any way he wants to. He has a First Amendment Right to free speech.

Since when is it a crime to express your opinion, demand answers, and if it comes to it, prove yourself a fool. In a court of law?

Stacy Abrams has been saying the same exact thing for years about her LOSS in Georgia.

Could it be that Lindell perhaps was in contact with the Nefarious, Satanic, Hitleresq, bane on all human existence, the Pestilence, the Orange Horror, the Anti-Christ, known as Former President Donald Trump?

Duh! We all know there were probably calls. SO FUCKING WHAT?

We all know this is about the bullshit Jan 6th “Insurrection”

FYI no insurrection in the last 200 years has been carried out without the insurrectionists having a shit ton of guns, explosives, or weapons of some kind.

Even if the weapons were nothing more than torches and pitchforks the ensuing violence left 100s of people from both sides dead in the streets.

Funny, I didn’t see any pitchforks or torches on January 6th. The only person on record that died that day was Ashli Babbitt and she was shot by a capital police officer that has been reprimanded more than once for carless gun handling. (Really dude… Leaving your gun in the mens room?)

The officer that died the day after, died of a stroke. He didn’t have his head bashed in with a fire extinguisher as had been reported.

For the last fucking time… January 6th was not an insurrection, it was a rowdy crowd that got out of hand and devolved into a riot. A riot that was mostly peaceful if one applies the standards of the previous “Summer of Love

I am sick to fucking death hearing the over emotional reporting, and endlessly repetitive questioning by the January 6th committee. Especially since there is nothing remotely like a rebuttal. allowed. I don’t like my tax dollars wasted by a bunch of posturing junior high school theater wannabes.

Untitled design 10I’d give those congressional morons a piece of my mind. I’m absolutely certain that their contempt of Congress couldn’t hold a candle to the white hot rage and utter contempt I feel toward them…

ALL of Congress! That little (R) next to your name, Senator or House member, whatever your name is, ain’t gonna protect you. You’re all corrupt as hell. None of you speak for the people you’re supposed to represent.

In my view you’re all liars, grifters, thieves, and scum. The only one of you that has the slightest modicum of my respect is Rand Paul. At least he’s calling out that liar Fauci and trying to hold the little Troll’s feet to the fire. Where are the rest of you? Why aren’t you standing up and screaming “ENOUGH”?

Bought and paid for, every stinking one of you!

All of this has lead me to think that perhaps the FBI really wants phones. Perhaps their budget has been cut and they can’t afford to supply their agents with these devices?

I have 3 or 4 old cellphones lying around here, I’m sure that most people have at least one or two lying around their homes. The American people would be more than willing to drop off their old cellphones at local FBI offices.

That way the FBI would have plenty of phones to use and we’d all be going “Green” allowing the FBI to recycle those old phones for us.

This also makes me think that everybody should have two phones. One that can be handed to the FBI, and the other to actually use. Think of it like a bribe.

I sincerely hope that since the FBI has been turned into a weapon, when the other party gets control… and they will at some point, I hope they turn the full force of the FBI loose on the Democrat party. The wailing and gnashing of teeth would be epic. Hell, I might get cable just to watch the raids on Democrats. I’d make popcorn, pour myself a drink and laugh my ass off.

The FBI is a scary joke. They have power, they’re drunk with it and have become dangerous.

They were supposed to be about justice and now they’re about political gain.

Sadly, I don’t think we can trust our government and certainly not the Department of Justice anymore.

My Dad was right. Every 50 or 100 years, we should turn off the Government, fire everyone, dump all the laws, and reboot the system starting with founding principles.

Good God! Please make them shut up!

I’m totally sick of the Abortion shit!

Although there have been some headlines that have made me laugh.

Sex Strike! Abstinence trends on Twitter in wake of Roe v. Wade ruling

As if a man would want to have sex with this one…

She looks like she stepped off the set of John Carpenter’s Ghosts of Mars

Then there’s this one.

Not at all a flattering angle.

The general consensus among lots of Men seems to be; “Your Terms are acceptable

Women, really need to realize, Men don’t need them to pleasure ourselves. We might prefer to have a woman in our beds. But if the pain in the ass level is too high, we’ll find alternatives.

One need only look at the sex toy industry, or even a single online catalog and you’ll find there are a multitude of very pleasurable substitutes that cost less than Dinner and Drinks on one date.

All of the above are reviewed at GQ The Best Sex Toys for Men

The beauty of some of these toys is that they’re easily cleanable, or in some cases entirely disposable. Oh… Don’t forget a decent lubricant!

Then there’s Pink.

Who is she? Why Should I care? I don’t think I’ve ever heard any of her music, and see zero need to do so now.

Then there’s this one from Elizabeth Warren…

Biden Needs to Make ‘Federal Lands in Place Where Abortions Can Occur’

When I read this one, I pictured this

We know how the US Government is about reservations…

Then there’s this from AOC

AOC: Arkansas abortion ban ‘will kill people’

That title was provocative enough that I pulled up the video. She does justify her statement somewhat.

All that being said…

Nowhere in the constitution does it say, “Sure, hack up that baby growing inside you, then scoop the pieces out of your womb.”

Abortion is not birth control it’s fucking murder. I don’t give a runny shit how you try to sanitize it.

I’m in favor of abortion in the case of rape. No question about it. A man who rapes a woman doesn’t deserve to reproduce, ever! Further I’d say castrate the fucker, cut ‘em off sack and all, when he’s caught.

Don’t bother with a nice clean surgery center, a decent knife, and four stout men. (Two to hold his legs open, one to pin him down, and one to wield the knife! As you can tell, I don’t have any mercy for rape.) That alone would have a chilling effect on rapists across the country.

I’m in favor of abortions in the case of incest. Our species shouldn’t be weakening itself by narrowing genetic diversity. Just look at the Royals of Europe.

I’m in favor of abortions in the case of mother’s life versus continuing the pregnancy.

What I’m not in favor of is abortion just because the couple, (Yes, the Man and the Woman) were too stupid, or too lazy, to avail themselves of the myriad options available to prevent the pregnancy in the first place.

Abortion, generally speaking is not about women’s health it’s about covering up that the couple was irresponsible.

It’s about a woman taking the rights of a man too. There are some men, who want children, and who may only have one time in their lives when they can father them.

The implied message of Abortion is that men can always father children. Who cares if half a dozen of their potential offspring are murdered before they have a child?

That’s not always the case. Lower male fertility rate statistics show it clearly.

How many men find out too late that they’re functionally sterile because of pollution, hormones or chemicals, in the water, or other factors?

How many men look back on their girlfriends or fiancé’s who got abortions and wish they’d had the joy of holding their child in their arms?

I’ll grant you there may not be a huge preponderance. I’m willing to bet there are men jerking off into cups at fertility clinics for sperm counts, while their wife waits in the lounge, who wish they’d had a say when their ex-girlfriend took off to an abortion clinic.

My view will not be popular. Fine. It’s the way I see it. You don’t have to agree, just as I don’t have to agree that rampant abortion is just hunky dory, or empowering.

This SCOTUS ruling doesn’t ban abortion. All it does, is say that abortion is not enshrined in the Constitution. It kicks the issue back to the states for their legislatures to decide.

The SCOTUS is supposed to rule on the constitutionality of laws. That’s it, they’re not supposed to legislate from the bench. Congress makes the Laws.

And yes, theoretically this could reverse Gay marriage. It could also theoretically reverse rulings on inter-racial marriage.

I don’t think it will.

There’s a difference between marriage and abortion.

Marriage is about pursuing individual happiness, and living the life you choose to live, with the partner of your choice. Both parties enter into a marriage with open eyes and are presumably adults exercising their rights to live in freedom.

I hold that neither the State or Federal government has any say in the matter. Marriage is essentially a contract.

That laws and rulings had to be made to limit State and Federal interference in the lives of citizens regarding who they could marry, speaks volumes about the level of control the State and Federal governments unconstitutionally exercised.

Abortion fundamentally denies the right of an unborn child to life. This violates one of the first principals enumerated in The Declaration of Independence.

Looking at it this way, by extension, the unborn child could be protected by The Constitution. A case could be made, that the SCOTUS should stand to give voice to citizens who cannot yet speak for themselves.

The SCOTUS didn’t go that far. I think it would have make an interesting and compelling case…

If they had, then abortions in cases of rape, or incest would have to be denied too.

Reading through The Constitution, there are references to being “Born”. This implies a live birth, and could be construed to mean that an unborn child is not yet protected by The Constitution.

I could see this view too, and wouldn’t be surprised to find this was the reason SCOTUS enabled abortion in 1973. Using this line of reasoning, the woman’s rights would in fact supersede the rights of the unborn child.

This brings the whole issue to the question of, “When does life begin?”

For the founders, life began at birth. The squalling child drinking in those first deep breaths. They knew that a life was growing inside a pregnant woman. But for them the fruition of that growing life was birth.

Our technology has given us deeper insight.

If we could show The Founding Fathers images from inside the womb, if we could show them that still growing babies look human and react if they feel threatened or pain. I’m confident that they’d go back and revise The Constitution to include unborn children.

Some politicians say, “It’s just a clump of cells…” That is true at first. But once those clumps of cells differentiate into brain, heart, eyes, and take on a human appearance. It’s a human being in my book.

I’m confident that The Founding Fathers would be horrified by what the abortion industry has done.

I sure as hell am.

To all those politicians from other countries voicing their opinions about the SCOTUS decision…

Shut the Hell up!

This is our country. Our Constitution.

You have Zero say in how we govern ourselves.

Your input is neither requested or desired.

And Airbnb is officially deleted from my phone…

Wednesday, Michelle Malkin and her Husband were banned from using Airbnb over a speech she gave in November.

Michelle Malkin is a conservative author and journalist.

Malkin explains, “The speech delved into the K-20 metastasis of anti-white curriculum, the corporate media’s whitewashing of black-on-Asian attacks, and the long campaign to censor nationalist dissidents who put America first.”

Malkin tweeted out:

I’ve been #bannedbyairbnb (along with my husband!) as retaliation for my free speech and #AmericaFirst journalism. It’s insane & un-American – and I could use your help fighting back. Stay tuned. https://t.co/JjZvLzRzSl #michellefightsairbnb@Airbnb pic.twitter.com/Ko6DH7IIaL

— Michelle Malkin (@michellemalkin) February 2, 2022

Airbnb explained,

“This is consistent with action we’ve taken to ban people associated with this conference in past years. Removal means that your account will no longer be accessible, and you won’t be able to create another one. As we can see that your Airbnb travels are typically reserved via your husband’s account, we will also proceed in removing his account.”

So I ask, “WHAT THE FUCK?”

Is this where we’re going?

In an attempt to silence anyone with dissenting opinions, daring to exercise their first amendment rights, corporate America will take it upon themselves to be the arbiter of The Constitution?

Airbnb is not alone. PayPal, GoFundme, and others in the financial sector have done similar.

GoFundMe as of Wednesday Feb 2, 2022 has reportedly frozen 10 million dollars donated to support the Canadian Trucker Convoy. I ask again WTF? Who is GoFundMe to tell donors that they cannot donate money to a cause they believe in? Ohhhh, right… You are only allowed to donate to approved causes. Got it!

Here’s a thought… Fuck off! GoFundMe.

I cancelled my PayPal account years ago because they started picking and choosing which businesses they would send MY Money to. Uh excuse me. It’s my fucking money! You PayPal need to be reminded that without me putting cash into an account, YOU don’t earn transaction fees or interest.

That’s a lesson that all banking institutions need to be reminded of.

Airbnb is no different. I’d bet that since many of the properties are still owned by individuals they’re not going to take kindly to Airbnb telling them to whom they can and cannot rent their properties.

I’ll personally find a KOA Campground and sleep in a tent before I put any money in Airbnb.

Airbnb is an availability and transaction processor. The odds of the property owners actually knowing how many missed rental opportunities for their properties is low.

They’ll never see that someone was interested, because Airbnb is by default censoring their view and limiting their income in doing so.

Ms. Malkin rightfully asks, “will Airbnb also delete the accounts of my children? How many other families had Airbnb done this to?”

The conference that Malkin spoke at is associated with a group the Southern Poverty Law Center, and The Anti Defamation League, has designated as a hate group.

That’s interesting since SPLC often designates hate groups as racists and Ms Malkin is clearly of Asian descent.

Why would a minority speaker be asked to give a talk at a racist hate groups conference?

This to my eye, is nothing less than a blatant attempt at corporate control aimed squarely at silencing conservative voices and it should not stand.

Unfortunately, the only way to register our displeasure is with American dollars. That means that Airbnb will continue this behavior until they see their application deleted from phones and their revenue fall.

I wonder if they could sustain the monetary losses that Facebook has seen over the past 24 hours?

232 Billion dollars, “poof!” Zuckerberg personally lost 30 Billion in personal worth.

I believe that Airbnb owes Ms Malkin a personal apology, and they owe the American people an apology for attempting to infringe upon the First Amendment in violation of Constitutional law.

Corporations, need to be thumped on their noses with a baseball bat, and told “NO! BAD DOG!”

They need to be reminded that the freedoms guaranteed by The Constitution of the United States apply equally to everyone regardless of the persons political beliefs.

Further, corporations need to be reminded that they exist to perform a service or manufacture goods, nothing more. They are paid based on their performance not their political leanings.

Americans will pay for goods and services that offer value and those that do not, will end up in the burning dumpsters of history.

Airbnb, GoFundMe, and Facebook may well be the first services that should end up in that flaming dumpster.

Ms Malkins’ story isn’t being picked up by the main stream media. That’s unfortunate, because it should be. It would be, if Don Lemon had been treated in similar fashion.

Take a look at your phone, if you’ve got Airbnb loaded, delete it. Most of the time, someone with a rental in an area you want to visit, has the rental information on a local community web site as well.

Contact them directly and perhaps you’ll save a few bucks because if the owner of the property doesn’t have to pay the Airbnb transaction fee they may be willing to pass some savings on to you.

Stop using GoFundMe! This isn’t the first time they’ve failed to perform their function. They’re not providing the service they claim to provide. Cash out and leave them with no new revenue.

While Ms Malkin is a conservative, her political affiliation doesn’t matter. You may not agree with the Canadian Truckers and that’s okay just remember; Eventually, corporate entities will increase their control on everyone unless we as a people thump them on the nose.
