So the conspiracy theorists were right again…

Big surprise!

An article appeared on Breitbart today reporting that;

The Obama administration’s top officials committed a “treasonous conspiracy” by manufacturing and politicizing intelligence to create the false narrative that led to the years-long Trump-Russia collusion probe, according to newly-declassified documents released by Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard.

Apparently Gabbard has referred the matter tot he DOJ and is demanding that everyone involved be investigated. Yawn!

I’m at the point of “fuck the investigations”, I want prosecutions and since this smells a lot like outright treason I’m for gallows being built on the capital lawn. I’m to the point of seeing corrupt officials dancing at the end of a rope.

Oh I know there will be some who read this and think, “He’s such a Trumper.”

Nope, you’d be wrong.

Trump is irrelevant to me in stuff like this.

What pisses me off is the waste, and corruption. These people caused hundreds of millions to be wasted in probes, hearings, and investigations. Their actions undermined the faith of the American people in their government. The cloud that hung over The President impaired the office.

This bullshit tied up Congressional committees for years, producing nothing of any use. Even after each probe determined that there was nothing, no wrongdoing, no Russian collusion, Congress still wasted time waving their hands, making accusations & starting other pointless investigations.

This is perhaps the epitome of weaponized law fare and misuse of the government’s power and resources.

Moreover, I firmly believe that not one of the fuckers will ever be held accountable. Which begs the question, why the fuck should I, as an individual, obey any laws that I don’t agree with? Don’t come at me with the IRS, the FBI, the Justice Department or any other government agency.

If these people aren’t going to be held accountable, then government can’t hold me accountable for anything. They can fuck all the way off.

Honestly, in my opinion the constant investigations and obvious media collusion rises to the level of election interference. Both in the midterm 2018 and in the 2020 election. The people were lied to, they voted based on the lies, and ultimately, (rigged 2020 election or not,) we got four years of Biden as a medically compromised figurehead while others, behind the scenes, apparently misused Presidential authority via autopen signatures.

Now there’s going to be more waste and more bullshit investigations that go nowhere. The DOJ will never bring any of these individuals from the Obama Administration or the Biden Administration to any form of Justice.

The real question is why? What the hell is the end game? This shit can’t all be coincidence. There’s some kind of overarching plan at work here.

1) Keep everyone pissed off and divided
2) Instill mistrust in the government 
3) Demonstrate obvious two tiered justice
4) Make people fearful of everything and anything
5) Make sure that the main stream media speaks only the approved propaganda 
6) Stay involved in expensive proxy wars
7) Import more people than can be absorbed into our culture, there are immigration limits for a reason.
8) ????

This right here is how I imagine you destabilize and ultimately topple a government. This is how Revolutions, Civil Wars, and Coup d’etats, happen.

Why vote? Why participate in a system that is so corrupt? Why even try anymore?

Those may be legitimate questions now. Once they were questions only “Crazy Conspiracy, or Right wing extremists,” asked.

I’m having my coffee, and there’s this dude wandering around in my yard…

6:45 AM. I’m checking my email, trying to ease into the day. A notification pops up that my external camera sees a person.

I ignore it, it’s been hot during the day, and a lot of folks are taking their walks or walking their dogs at the crack of dawn. No big deal…

Then the camera keeps pinging me with “Person” notifications. 

What fresh hell is this?

I bring up the camera’s display. It’s a dude in some yellow safety vest and helmet. He’s over dressed for the ambient temperate and he’s literally in my yard walking back and forth poking at the ground. There’s no insignia on his clothing, not even a company name stenciled on the safety vest. What the hell is this guy doing?

I pull on a pair of shorts & head for the front door. My trusty baseball bat is in its usual position next to the front door.

As I step out on my front deck he’s startled. 

“Can I help you?” I ask.

He mutters something about looking at the electric poles.

I point out that the electric poles are currently behind him, and typically one looks UP at the poles, and does not poke around in the dirt in someone’s yard to inspect them.

Then he references the pole behind my house, not on my property, which does not supply power to my house and in fact is supplying a home the next street down.

I say, “That pole is not mine, not on my property, does not supply my house, and is accessible from the next road down.”

Then he starts to get snippy and agitated. At this point, I reach inside for my trusty baseball bat.

Seeing the bat, and my obvious willingness to casually hit a home run with his head, he backs out of my yard and makes like he’s inspecting the power poles at the front of my property.

He might legitimately have been working for one of the contracting fucks employed by the electric company.

But if so, why was he wandering around my yard and up the side of my house? Why was his face covered? Why did his safety helmet and vest both look like they’d been pulled brand new out of a box? Where was his vehicle?

Even if he was one of the contractors, was this guy scoping out my house and others on the street with the intention of making a little side money by breaking and entering?

I don’t know, but he disappeared pretty quickly after our encounter. Notably, he went back downhill without “Inspecting” any other poles on the street.

Shortly after, I took the dog for a walk. No sign of the guy, There is one of the contractors trimming trees about 1/2 mile away. They’ve screwed up the traffic for people trying to get in or out of this part of town. 1 mile further down on the highway there’s another crew who’ve got power lines on the ground from one side of the wash to the other. Jesse was not amused that we couldn’t get to our normal walking path because of these workmen.

They were literally cutting the tops of power poles off. I’ve noticed that some poles are being replaced throughout town, so maybe that’s what this is about. 

But why was this guy wandering around acting all shady?

Maybe I’m just too suspicious. Then again maybe not…

You know, I’ve got questions…

Jack Smith profile getty 640x480.Jack Smith asked federal District Judge Tanya Chutkan to essentially suspend proceedings against Trump in the election interference case.

This comes after a judge in the Florida classified documents case ruled that Attorney General Garland’s appointment of Smith was unconstitutional.

I’m not sure what to think here. Didn’t the DOJ have a case? They had three years to make sure their duck were all in a row, surely the taxpayers deserve to know that their money was being spent prosecuting a real case with evidence. 

What this is starting to look like is yet another, in a long line of bullshit cases which had no merit at the outset. This looks like confirmation of Trump and his attorney’s claims that the legal system was indeed being misused and had been weaponized.

This raises more fundamental questions for me as a Citizen. Were cases questioning the 2020 election that were dismissed because they had no merit, or no standing dismissed because there wasn’t legal precedent or because the case was brought by or on behalf of Donald Trump?

Can I or any citizen get a fair trial, or fair treatment in a court of law? Will the color of my skin, my voting record, or indeed this blog be used to skew the outcome? Am I more, or less, equal than someone else in the eyes of the law?

These sorts of questions deserve answers. If it’s found that the DOJ is corrupt and that corruption extends into the lower levels of the Justice Department we’ve got some seriously concerning issues to deal with. 

It looks like the American taxpayers will get an answer to some of these question because House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and Administration Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk sent a letter to Smith on Friday instructing him to preserve his records.

Honestly, I don’t give a shit about Jack Smith. I, as a citizen want to know who was giving him his orders. I’d like to know who in the DOJ insisted on the pursuit of a case that was so thin at the outset that it was obvious prosecution would be unsuccessful and an embarrassment to the DOJ.

Jack Smith is nothing, a nobody, his bosses on the other hand are of interest. 

I hope and pray that the House Judiciary Committee doesn’t just have endless hearings, but actually recommends participants be tried for crimes. The trouble is that trials would be processed through a possibly corrupt DOJ. I’m not sure how that problem is resolved.

Leticia James, Alvin Bragg, & Fani Willis should also be preserving their records.

Before his sitters could stop him, he insulted and alienated 1/2 the country, Again!

One guy on X thinks Biden is just enough “there” to do shit like this as an expression of his hatred for Kamala Harris.

I don’t know about that, it’s an interesting theory. God knows he’s got reason to hate Kamala, Schumer and Pelosi.

This time Joe called 1/2 of the country “Garbage”

I guess nobody explained to him that the Democrats and their talking heads were clutching their pearls in faux outrage over a single joke that a comedian told at Madison Square Gardens. The joke didn’t land well and that should have been it. The same comedian has appeared at Democrat events too. 

Tony Hinchcliffe is an equal opportunity offender. His claim to fame is as a comedic roaster. He struck me as similar to the old comedians like Shecky Greene, or Lenny Bruce. He obviously looks at the world as “A gig is a gig, and everyone money spends the same.”

But the Democrats, true to form picked one bad joke at a trump rally to lose their shit over. 

Biden must have heard or seen Democrat operatives casting the bones and making offerings to Satan about how to use this “super offensive” line against the Trump campaign.

I’m sure there was discussion about using it to impeach Trump yet again, or file charges in New York to imprison Trump.

The Democrat party has become a bunch of dangerous clowns. They’d be funny to watch if they weren’t so close to the levers of power in government.

Honestly there are times when I wouldn’t put it past them to just Nuke us all so the last one of them walking through the ashes could say, “We won!” That’s what I think of these people now days. There is no depth to which these people will not sink.

I could write them off, I could ignore them, and hope that their venom and hate eats them from the inside out.

However, I’m super tired of being called names.

President Biden, If the 1/2 of the country that you so obviously hate, was in any way on the fence about voting for your Candidate they’re not now. You’ve also turned people off to the point that they’re not listening to you or your “Corrections”.

As far as I’m concerned your administration can’t end soon enough. Get your rickety ass packed and out of the People’s House. Take your skanky Dr. Jill and that Ho Kamala with you.

I may be garbage, but I’ll be glad to see the “Trash” out of the White House.

I’m done with my accountant after 25 or more years

I purposely got them the tax shit on March 15th. I’d been shooting for February 20th however there were docs that didn’t show up on time.Taxes money.

Not that it mattered, I didn’t get the tax shit back until yesterday, October 15th. Oh, I’d been calling and being ignored leaving messages, over the past 6 months.

Had I gotten my taxes back in a more timely manner I’d have been able to actually plan to get the state and fed tax fuckers their damned money. 

Yes, I’m super annoyed about the amount of taxes, because of the way this administration and California has been wasting the cash.

I’m way more annoyed that because this accountant dawdled and fucked around, I had absolutely zero maneuvering room to cash out some holdings to make writing the check a little less painful or dangerous.

Oh and I had to call the son of a bitch again a week & a half ago to lite a fire under his ass.

This by the way, is the second time this guy has fucked me like this. The first time Jerry, in his infinite kindness handled, never letting me know that it was this fucking accountants error that resulted in my being fucked.

I didn’t find this out until after Jerry’s death and like Jerry I assumed (apparently Incorrectly) that it was a one off. It wasn’t looking at the data, it looks like in 2018-2019 the guy did the same kind of thing. 

He dawdled around, then filed an extension in April, then didn’t get us any of the necessary information until the very last day in October (the 15th) leaving us in a panic trying to get everything done before we missed the post office pickup.

Next year I’ll be finding someone else to do the fucking taxes.

I was pretty depressed yesterday. I’m pretty depressed today and I didn’t sleep worth a shit last night. However I’m recovering and who knows it might not matter anyway.

If Kamala wins as I’m pretty sure she will, we might not have to worry about taxes. People are pretty pissed across social media. Her stealing the election could well trigger a civil war. Trump winning could also trigger a passive aggressive civil war that would be just as bad.

There’s a bit of a move to write the Feds $750 checks next April and tell ‘em to go fuck themselves. You know what? I’m super into that!

It’s remotely possible that Trump gets into office and keeps his promises about seniors. In which case maybe I won’t have to pay taxes at all.

I’m not holding my breath.

I think we’re looking at a civil war.

Folks are angry and disgusted about a whole lot of stuff. Immigration, the Hurricane relief, the constant lies, Inflation, Being involved in wars over which we have no control, Crime rising, having our tax dollars going to foreign interests instead of to Americans, I’ve seen articles recently that say on November 10th The Biden /Harris administration will reveal their phenomenal management of medicare supplements which may triple the costs.

None of these concerns of the American People will prevent tone deaf Democrats from fucking around and putting Kamala in office. Then they’ll be surprised when riots start. They’ll point and say, “See this is the MAGA white supremacy we warned you about.” Although I suspect the mixture of skin tones will represent a pretty healthy cross section of the United States.

Kind of like “The Proud Boys” who don’t ya know, were a white supremacist group, being led by a Cuban American, with a healthy mix of Black, Latin, & White guys standing for what used to be “Normal” male values. God, Family, Country, you know the values that made our country strong.

All of which is to say, that I might not give a shit when the tax man comes, I might not be around to pay, or the Tax collectors might not be around to collect.

I’m not particularly inclined to pay whatever bill the accountant sends. I have bigger problems thanks to him.
