I have to correct Representative Nancy Mace

She said in a hearing to Hunter Biden, “You have no Balls”

Well Congressperson, I think the entire world knows Hunter Biden has balls. WE’VE ALL SEEN THEM ON VIDEO! Apparently they’re also functional since we know he’s got at least one bastard child and who knows how many others.

Even in the metaphorical sense he’s got big brass balls. To walk into a hearing garner a lot of attention, then leave in a huff when representatives debating holding him in contempt of Congress start asking questions.

Damn! Those are some brass balls!

Or as is more likely the case, Hunter was higher than shit, or as a friend of mine once said, (Giraffe Pussy) and feels, or knows, that Congress can’t or won’t touch him because of his Daddy.

Hunter’s not going to answer questions from Congress.

I also, and I really hope I’m wrong about this, wouldn’t put it past the “powers that be” to “Suicide” Hunter. Or have him tragically OD on something laced with Fentanyl. That would give Joe a reason to step out of the race due to family issues, and the Democrats a talking point wherein they can select a candidate who will take a “hard” stand against the drug trafficking to honor Hunter and the Biden’s tragic loss. There’s a large portion of America that would buy a democrat campaign promise to get rid of drugs after martyring Hunter, hook, line, and sinker. They’re the same people that wouldn’t ask for accountability later when nothing changed.

You know what is sickest about the scenario above? That I even thought about it. That I even considered with any seriousness that powers within our government would do such a thing. I believe that our government is that corrupt, and they’d stop at nothing. There is no law they wouldn’t break and no depravity too low for the current Washington Democratic Party to engage in.

The same is probably true of the Republican Party which is why in 2016 against all odds, Donald Trump was elected President. The People wanted the corruption to come to an end and Donald Trump promised he’d end it. He broke that promise.

The really sad thing is that Hunter has “The Look” when he’s all cleaned up and during his younger years, he could have been a “do nothing senator” like his father. Hell he could have been President. The Biden Dynasty could have been a thing. In some regards the fact that he veered off course so profoundly may have saved the tax payers a shit ton of money.

Imagine what could have happened with multiple Biden’s in high public office for decades, each engaging in various degrees of corruption. WOW!!! I suppose we can thank providence that Joe was too greedy a parasite for that to happen.

Wheee! Here we go!

California has jumped into the fray trying to remove Donald Trump from the ballot.

The Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis has written a letter to the Secretary of State asking that every legal option be explored to remove Donald Trump from the ballot.

Totally expected!

What caught my attention was this;

“The constitution is clear: you must be 40 years old and not be an insurrectionist,” Kounalakis wrote in the letter.

The problem with that statement leapt out at me from my memory of my High School American history class.

The Constitution is indeed very clear.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

It took me less than a minute to pull up the passage. Turns out I was wrong. I thought the minimum age was Thirty Six, not Thirty Five. I throw myself on my readers mercy for being a year off. It’s been 45 years since I was in school. Some data degradation in subjects not commonly used may have occurred.

That being said, I’m also not a politician, lawyer, or Lieutenant Governor of California. It concerns me when someone who is a career politician makes fundamental mistakes that I, with my High School history education from a flyover state, say, What????

I know, I know, people make mistakes. Jamal Bowman made a mistake pulling the fire alarm in the capital. Uh huh, right…

More concerning is that these supposedly well educated, politicians who misquote The Constitution. apparently have never actually read The Constitution or understood what they read.

Far be it for a hayseed redneck like myself to teach them anything. But here’s a hint. Get a real dictionary. You know, one of those big assed unabridged heavy books. Then get yourself a printed copy of The Constitution and the amendments. Not a summary, not a cliff notes version, you’ll need the whole thing.

Now, open the dictionary and look up every single word of The Constitution. Using the dictionary skills you were supposed to have obtained in Elementary School, Junior High School, High School, or College, read the definition for each word, including the older definitions of the word. Then you’ll have a shot at understanding The Constitution.

If your unabridged dictionary has dated definitions, then you can use the definitions that were contemporaneous with common speech at the time The Constitution was written.

The reason it’s important to read The Constitution being mindful of the meanings of the words in their temporal context is easily illustrated thus.

Faggots shall be allowed in small numbers within domiciles and public spaces but shall not be congregated in great numbers near fireplaces, or forges.

That sentence isn’t talking about homosexual men being allowed in homes in small numbers. The sentence is talking about bundles of sticks being stored so as not to be a fire hazard.

A hayseed like me shouldn’t have to tell you educated elites this. But you’ve demonstrated time and again that you apparently missed something in school.

Almost daily, I am thankful for my flyover state education.

I hope you’re paying attention…

Since the Colorado Court decision there’ve been some interesting comments and analysis from people much smarter than me.

Most of these folks, Democrat and Republican are speaking out against the Colorado decision because on it’s face it violates due process (Trump hasn’t been charged with insurrection in any court, so how can the Colorado supreme court essentially say he’s guilty of something for which he’s not been charged or tried?)

I’m pleased to see many of our politicians, from both sides of the aisle and presidential candidates taking issue with the Colorado decision. These people at least have the sense to understand how dangerous to our Republic this decision is, if allowed to stand.

Thus far no-one appears to be calling for the Colorado Supreme Court to resign and be replaced with justices who at least follow the law. I don’t know what’s involved in replacing a state Supreme Court, but that process should be initiated immediately. I know at this point I wouldn’t want to get a parking ticket in Colorado because I very much question if the law is obeyed in the state. Would I be sentenced to death when I signed the ticket?

Our current President demonstrated the level of his incompetence by saying publicly yesterday that Trump was guilty of insurrection when he said;

“It’s self-evident. You saw it all. Now whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision,” the president said during a trip to Wisconsin. “But he (Trump) certainly supported an insurrection. No question about it. None. Zero.”

In my mind this underscores that Biden is unfit for the Presidency and always has been. He may well have been unfit for the whole time he was in congress if this statement is indicative of his legal scholarship. There’s also a certain level of irony in his statement because currently, He and his son are enjoying the protections of due process.

I rather suspect that if it were put to a vote today. The American people would vote that He, Hunter, and to some extent the rest of his family are guilty of graft and corruption. Were it not for the protections of due process, he and his family might all be in prison already.

The Colorado decision does provide one ray of light in an otherwise dark situation.

It allows the American people to see exactly which members of The House and Senate need to be kicked to the curb.

Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) could be forgiven for defending the Colorado ruling since he’s Biden’s Campaign Co-Chair.

Since he’s also a sitting US Senator. I think he needs to be replaced in the Senate. Perhaps he’d be better just running campaigns.

He’s not the only Congressperson who has failed to see the problem. The usual list of authoritarians, gleeful at Trump being “Silenced” in Colorado completely fail to see that their names can as easily be removed from ballots using the same amendment and subsection, without due process.

One could argue that AOC provided aid and comfort to BLM during the summer of “Love”.  Was BLM engaged in an insurrection against the legitimate government(s) of various states? Does AOC bailing people out of jail meet the test of aid and comfort?

Ilhan Omar has been accused of 2 counts? Of immigration fraud? She also has been accused of financial abuses and at the same time provided financial support to CAIR who has been connected to terrorist organizations throughout the Middle East. She’s done all this during the 20 years we spent in Afghanistan fighting terrorist organizations. Does this meet the standard for aid and comfort, or acting against the interests of the United States?

Rashida Tlaib vociferously supports Hamas. A U.S. designated terrorist group currently in conflict with one of our closest allies, does this meet the standard?  She has supported this terrorist organization for years and most recently used her position in congress to endorse Pro-Palestinian, Pro-Hamas protests ultimately leading to the occupation of the U.S. Capital and interference in congressional business.

The Colorado ruling with its  leap to essentially a guilty verdict for Donald Trump on charges of insurrection which have never been filed in any jurisdiction in the country, would seem to allow similar presumptions of guilt and demands for removal from office of members of “The Squad” for their seditious activities.

I submit that any House Representative, or Senate Member that applauds and approves of the Colorado ruling is not fit for office and should be voted out by their constituents.

Or… We can simply presume they’re guilty of something and remove them from the ballots of their states and perhaps even their congressional posts. We could imprison them all right next to the Jan 6th insurrectionists still awaiting trial after almost 3 years.

Now there’s a happy thought!

I really was trying to ignore the News…

But Come On!

Colorado has decided to keep Trump off the ballot using the 14th amendment section 3, and they’ve made this decision by assuming his guilt in the Jan 6th “Insurrection,” (what the rest of us call a riot,) without benefit of a trial

Folks, no matter where you come down on Trump, Jan 6th, Republican or Democrat, this is wrong!

Honestly, it’s something that should alarm every single American Citizen. I’m serious, all of us should be shitting ourselves and preparing for what inevitably happens next, if you believe the history books.

That Judges in Colorado’s courts think this is okay, calls into question their competence, and their ability to be unbiased in administration of the law.

Frankly, if this is allowed to stand then “Democracy” as the Democrats breathlessly say they’re protecting, is already dead and gone. (The minor little issue that our government is, or was, a constitutional republic seems to escape them.) However what I think they’re trying to say is, Democracy = Our form of government with checks and balances and supposedly equal justice for all, is threatened.

We still have to wait for the Supreme Court challenge to be heard. If the Supreme Court of the United States allows the Colorado ruling  to stand, there is no justice system in our country anymore.  We’re going to find ourselves in an era of “Show me the man, I’ll find the crime,” justice.

By the way, that’s normally the way the justice system works in communist countries, and dictatorships.

I’d submit that politicians have already destroyed that “Democracy” they claim to protect. Oh, and it’s not just the Democrats. The Republicans had a hand in the destruction of our form of government too. Every compromised vote, every rancid pork bill they passed, eroded our government and enabled ever greater corruption.

We can’t reasonably expect any form of government to stand under the weight of corruption from bottom to top.

Speaking of which… By Colorado’s logic what about Joe Biden?

He’s under impeachment inquiry, There is some evidence to suggest that he’s been in bed with China and Ukraine which also appears to fall under the same section of the 14th amendment.

Corruption, providing aid to China, and what appears to be a litany of charges, are dogging Joe Biden aren’t they? Shouldn’t Colorado remove him from the ballot too?

Oh right! We only believe unproven allegations when it’s a candidate from a party we don’t like… Otherwise everything is hunky dory!

I realize I might be the canary in the coal mine here.

That being said, I’ve suggested outlandish theories in these very pages only to have them come true!

Remember Afghanistan? Way back in the day, I theorized that we’d end up just like the Russians. Recall, they spent years in Afghanistan just as we did. You might also recall that eventually they bailed and left behind The Taliban. Uhhh, we spent 20 years there and what was the result? It sure as fuck wasn’t a democracy.

One thing I’ve concluded, about terrorists and corrupt politicians. You can’t take half measures. They’re like a cockroach infestation, with cockroaches you have no choice but to gas the place and kill them all, or they’re going to come back. We’ve seen it with The Taliban, so the theory holds up in one instance. To prove it we may have to march corrupt politicians to the gallows here in America.

We won’t of course…

There was a time when corruption was a very bad thing. Now it’s business as usual. The obviousness of the two tiered justice system is new. There’s always been a difference between trials of rich people and trials of us commoners. I’m not so blind or deluded that I hadn’t noticed. Back 10 or 20 years, you had to really be paying attention to catch it.

Now it’s not as much about who has how much money… Justice is dictated by the people threatening to burn a city down. Or by people who don’t like a particular political candidate. The Law??? Toss that shit out with yesterday’s dirty diapers and unwanted fetuses.

There was a time when the failures of the Justice system could be overlooked, those failures were somewhat rare and had to do with esoteric issues. Now, failures of the justice system are much more common. This new failure mechanism isn’t a failure in trials, it’s a failure in bringing people to trial, and an almost infinitely flexible criteria for charging someone with a crime.

If I’m Black and toss a molotov cocktail into a drug store. I’m simply expressing my opinion. If I’m White, or Asian, and do the same thing, I’ve committed a crime.

If I organize a protest supporting Hamas and their butchering of children, wherein I block a freeway, or invade and occupy the capital interfering with congressional business, I’m exercising my protected free speech.

If I organize a protest supporting the IDF and Israeli rights to defend themselves, wherein I block a street in New York I’m inciting hate. Likewise, If I walk through the Capital on Jan 6th carrying nothing but a flag, and interfering with congressional business,  I’m an insurrectionist and subject to the full force of American Law.

These things suggest to me that the America I was brought up to respect, revere, and protect has been destroyed from within.

It’s depressing as hell, but there’s nothing that can be done. The only solution is to reboot the government according to the Bill of Rights and Constitution. That can’t happen today because there are too many dissenting voices and too many people who literally hate everything this country stood for. That leaves the only option for control being a military dictator and even if that dictatorship was only supposed to be temporary while rebooting to original principles, we know we’d have a dictator for life.

Even if there was a civil war or some kind of revolution, there would never be consensus about how to restart the government. We’d still end up with a military dictator. The thing about dictators is that they have no desire to give up power once they have it.

Sadly, I think the American Experiment is over. We had a good run.

I think it’s time to locate a quiet state that remembers its roots as a commonwealth. Preferably someplace with a history of fierce independence, individual freedom, and rights. Oh and that state needs to have a constitution that is enforced and honored. Because at this point, it looks like our Federal government has decided to wipe their asses with the actual constitution.

Sorry to be such a downer, but honestly folks… I think nationally, we’re well and truly fucked.

Whoopedy Fucking Doo! Yeah, this only means the Firewall is between Joe and Hunter is complete.

In the more bread and circuses column. There’s this headline.

Hunter Biden Indicted on Nine Tax-Related Charges, Three Felonies

We all know this is a big assed nothing burger. We all know Hunter isn’t going to jail, and that unlike the rest of us someone will be able to write a check for him. He’ll be snorting coke and dancing at the nearest Hollywood donor party the same day he pleads guilty and promises on a stack of bibles it will never happen again…

The Democrats will use this to say, “See we don’t have two tiered justice, and Republicans going after poor Hunter was nothing more than a witch hunt. Trump meanwhile will be found guilty of conducting normal real estate business practices in New York, that harmed nobody.”

The Democrat operatives at CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, & ABC will completely obfuscate the evidence from the IRS, and every other source. In the end they’ll paint it as a mean trick the Evil Republican Party used to try to get at Joe Biden.

The bitches on The View will probably screech, “Hunter is a victim, all those hookers and blow were forced on him and his laptops were given to him, then later stolen, so embarrassing videos would come to light. It’s a Russian or Republican plot!”

As to the Felonies… Hunter has already admitted to one of them and yet… NO Punishment. I doubt he’ll have any consequences from the remaining felonies.

All this means is that the people handling Joe are confident that they’ll be able to shield Joe from the fallout for the remainder of his Presidency. It also means that Joe may not be the nominee. I suspect both are to some extent true.

I expect Joe to “Decide” to step aside. By serving up Hunter, he has a plausible excuse to “Decide to spend more time with his family.” He can back out of the campaign without losing face and still be the “dedicated family man,” a character deserving of compassion and privacy.

That last one is the biggy. They’ll finally admit that Joe’s not all there. Then the powers that be will call for compassion and kindness in this difficult time. They’ll say, “clearly he’s in no shape to stand trial.” If necessary, the Biden family will burn Hunter to the ground as the “Ringleader” for any wrongdoing and the rest of the Biden Clan will walk away with the cash. Hunter’s past indiscretions will be spun to make a believable illusion that coked out of his mind, “The Smartest guy Joe every knew,” was making business deals while measuring coke and having his knob polished.

Any questions, or charges leveled at the Biden’s by Republicans or law enforcement will be spun as pointless and cruel. So, all the corruption will just be swept under the carpet.

All of this is predicated on us not having World War III.

If we do end up in WWIII. Then it will all be moot. Honestly, I wouldn’t put it past the Biden’s to get us into a major conflict to cover their criminal activities. If the US is gearing up for War, we’re not going to care about the Biden’s. We’re going to want a strong leader that other nations respect and who is just crazy enough to make other nations wonder, “How crazy is this President? Would he Nuke us for the hell of it?”

Through it all, I do feel a little sorry for Hunter. I honestly don’t think he had a chance. He is exactly what his father and family made him and when they’re done with him, (which may be real soon,) they’ll throw him to the wolves and never look back. Let’s face it everything we’ve seen with the Biden’s could have been scripted by Machiavelli. I’m not sure the Biden’s get to the standard of the Borgias.

Enjoy your bread and the circus. I pray we don’t see Joe Biden naked on the balcony of The White House playing a fiddle.
