I really was trying to ignore the News…

But Come On!

Colorado has decided to keep Trump off the ballot using the 14th amendment section 3, and they’ve made this decision by assuming his guilt in the Jan 6th “Insurrection,” (what the rest of us call a riot,) without benefit of a trial

Folks, no matter where you come down on Trump, Jan 6th, Republican or Democrat, this is wrong!

Honestly, it’s something that should alarm every single American Citizen. I’m serious, all of us should be shitting ourselves and preparing for what inevitably happens next, if you believe the history books.

That Judges in Colorado’s courts think this is okay, calls into question their competence, and their ability to be unbiased in administration of the law.

Frankly, if this is allowed to stand then “Democracy” as the Democrats breathlessly say they’re protecting, is already dead and gone. (The minor little issue that our government is, or was, a constitutional republic seems to escape them.) However what I think they’re trying to say is, Democracy = Our form of government with checks and balances and supposedly equal justice for all, is threatened.

We still have to wait for the Supreme Court challenge to be heard. If the Supreme Court of the United States allows the Colorado ruling  to stand, there is no justice system in our country anymore.  We’re going to find ourselves in an era of “Show me the man, I’ll find the crime,” justice.

By the way, that’s normally the way the justice system works in communist countries, and dictatorships.

I’d submit that politicians have already destroyed that “Democracy” they claim to protect. Oh, and it’s not just the Democrats. The Republicans had a hand in the destruction of our form of government too. Every compromised vote, every rancid pork bill they passed, eroded our government and enabled ever greater corruption.

We can’t reasonably expect any form of government to stand under the weight of corruption from bottom to top.

Speaking of which… By Colorado’s logic what about Joe Biden?

He’s under impeachment inquiry, There is some evidence to suggest that he’s been in bed with China and Ukraine which also appears to fall under the same section of the 14th amendment.

Corruption, providing aid to China, and what appears to be a litany of charges, are dogging Joe Biden aren’t they? Shouldn’t Colorado remove him from the ballot too?

Oh right! We only believe unproven allegations when it’s a candidate from a party we don’t like… Otherwise everything is hunky dory!

I realize I might be the canary in the coal mine here.

That being said, I’ve suggested outlandish theories in these very pages only to have them come true!

Remember Afghanistan? Way back in the day, I theorized that we’d end up just like the Russians. Recall, they spent years in Afghanistan just as we did. You might also recall that eventually they bailed and left behind The Taliban. Uhhh, we spent 20 years there and what was the result? It sure as fuck wasn’t a democracy.

One thing I’ve concluded, about terrorists and corrupt politicians. You can’t take half measures. They’re like a cockroach infestation, with cockroaches you have no choice but to gas the place and kill them all, or they’re going to come back. We’ve seen it with The Taliban, so the theory holds up in one instance. To prove it we may have to march corrupt politicians to the gallows here in America.

We won’t of course…

There was a time when corruption was a very bad thing. Now it’s business as usual. The obviousness of the two tiered justice system is new. There’s always been a difference between trials of rich people and trials of us commoners. I’m not so blind or deluded that I hadn’t noticed. Back 10 or 20 years, you had to really be paying attention to catch it.

Now it’s not as much about who has how much money… Justice is dictated by the people threatening to burn a city down. Or by people who don’t like a particular political candidate. The Law??? Toss that shit out with yesterday’s dirty diapers and unwanted fetuses.

There was a time when the failures of the Justice system could be overlooked, those failures were somewhat rare and had to do with esoteric issues. Now, failures of the justice system are much more common. This new failure mechanism isn’t a failure in trials, it’s a failure in bringing people to trial, and an almost infinitely flexible criteria for charging someone with a crime.

If I’m Black and toss a molotov cocktail into a drug store. I’m simply expressing my opinion. If I’m White, or Asian, and do the same thing, I’ve committed a crime.

If I organize a protest supporting Hamas and their butchering of children, wherein I block a freeway, or invade and occupy the capital interfering with congressional business, I’m exercising my protected free speech.

If I organize a protest supporting the IDF and Israeli rights to defend themselves, wherein I block a street in New York I’m inciting hate. Likewise, If I walk through the Capital on Jan 6th carrying nothing but a flag, and interfering with congressional business,  I’m an insurrectionist and subject to the full force of American Law.

These things suggest to me that the America I was brought up to respect, revere, and protect has been destroyed from within.

It’s depressing as hell, but there’s nothing that can be done. The only solution is to reboot the government according to the Bill of Rights and Constitution. That can’t happen today because there are too many dissenting voices and too many people who literally hate everything this country stood for. That leaves the only option for control being a military dictator and even if that dictatorship was only supposed to be temporary while rebooting to original principles, we know we’d have a dictator for life.

Even if there was a civil war or some kind of revolution, there would never be consensus about how to restart the government. We’d still end up with a military dictator. The thing about dictators is that they have no desire to give up power once they have it.

Sadly, I think the American Experiment is over. We had a good run.

I think it’s time to locate a quiet state that remembers its roots as a commonwealth. Preferably someplace with a history of fierce independence, individual freedom, and rights. Oh and that state needs to have a constitution that is enforced and honored. Because at this point, it looks like our Federal government has decided to wipe their asses with the actual constitution.

Sorry to be such a downer, but honestly folks… I think nationally, we’re well and truly fucked.

Wow! This FUCK really doesn’t give a shit…

JacksmithsilkenrobesofstateJack Smith, you know, the fuck who’s going so hard after Trump just completely lost me. The New York Post is carrying an article here

I was more or less willing to at least listen to his side of the case against Trump because that’s what a decent person does. I don’t know if Trump did bad shit, He’s been accused time and again of doing shit. But without proof I was curious about what exactly the prosecution had on Trump.

Now I don’t fucking care! Guilty or not, I feel that I’m faced once again with choosing the lesser of two evils. I’ll choose Trump in opposition to Biden and his corrupt government. I’ll do it with certain reservations but to be honest with the hope that Trump does become a dictator and cleans out the corruption in our government, Executive, Legislative, Judicial, and all the lifelong bureaucrats, With FIRING SQUADS!

I know that sounds excessive, harsh, and possibly illegal. But when the rot is as deep as it appears to be, it’s best to burn it out as quickly as possible. If there are harsh consequences and penalties for corruption, then maybe we’ve got a chance.

Jack Smith issued a search warrant to Twitter of which half is redacted, demanding Twitter disclose all Trump’s Twitter interactions. Smith didn’t limit his warrant/subpoena to only two way conversations between Trump & others. Smith wants it all.

This potentially exposes millions of people to the DOJ.

2021 message signals return trump 72916781 1 jpgTechnically, if you “Liked” or “Retweeted” a Trump Tweet you’re gonna be on the DOJs radar.

I’ll grant you that nothing is private in a public forum like Twitter. However, This goes too damn far! What happens when… Yes, WHEN not IF, our corrupt DOJ or IRS, decides to punish everyone who interacted with a Trump Tweet?

We’ve already heard for the entire time Biden has been in the White House about the “Existential Threat” posed by the evil WHITE PEOPLE.

You know, the election questioners, the white supremacists, the Domestic Terrorists composed of parents with the temerity to ask questions of their representatives or school boards, the people who demand accountability from their representatives. Yeah those people. a.k.a. Half of the fucking country!

We all know it’s coming. Our government his slipped it’s leash. It is no longer under our control and I doubt seriously that even Trump can put that genie back in the bottle.

The folks controlling our government are probably not even our elected officials. There is someone, or a group of someones behind the curtain who are driving us all headlong into one of several possible dystopian nightmares.

I think most Dystopian nightmares have been at least roughly sketched out by various fiction authors. All that remains is, which one the assholes behind the curtain, drive us toward.

I’m not going to be terribly surprised to find we’re all carrying little red books in 20 years. It’s possible we’ve already been sold to China and we’ll be used like the Uyghurs in slave labor camps. Why not? China will not be questioned by the UN. The UN won’t be around long after China “wins” anyway.

Will China even need us as slave labor?  If China owns our asses anyway then who are they going to sell their shit to?

All I can say at this point is, we absolutely need a real son of a bitch with a set of big brass balls as president.

He can grab all the women he wants by their pussy, as long as he puts an end to the corruption in our government.

Hell, I’d be happy to be President…

I REALLY ENJOYED being the specter of death in some companies I’ve worked for. There were people that richly deserved the pink slips I handed out.

I’m sure walking through the halls of government issuing warrants for arrest wouldn’t be much different.

I wonder if “Take them away,” would have as much impact as, “Off with their heads!”

Dunno, but it might be interesting to find out.

This hits home.

Not in a good way.

KTLA Los Angeles reported that a smash and grab robbery happened at the Topanga Mall Nordstrom.

I thought, “WHAT???”

That was one of the first malls I was in when my family moved to California. Back then it was called Topanga Plaza.

It’s just shocking when you hear of someplace from your misspent youth being assaulted like that.

One of my first jobs was at a Toys R Us nearby. The friends I made working at Toy R Us and I spent time in all the local shopping centers. We were young, and we were Valley Boys!

Where were you likely to find Valley Girls???? Right! They were at the shopping centers too.

While I’ve been aware of the smash and grab phenomena, I really hadn’t thought about it as anything more than something weird that was going to pass. Now, perhaps because this feels like an assault on my cherished memories I wonder how we’ve come to this point.

To be sure there was shoplifting. There was an LP in my collection that had considerable guilt associated with it. The only thing I ever shoplifted, and I did it on a dare. I mean literally, the only thing I ever stole was that LP.

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that my friends were similar. Maybe once, and then never again.

None of us would have considered being violent about it. Maceing people or smacking ‘em around? Oh Hell no! We wouldn’t have thought of doing something that could hurt somebody.

Which makes me ask again what the hell has happened that’s made so many people think it’s okay to wholesale ransack stores and hurt innocent bystanders?

Is it just that there isn’t much in the way of consequences?

I really enjoyed watching the viral video of the cigarette thief in Stockton, CA getting his ass kicked.

He deserved it! The thief was later arrested in association with a string of other robberies and at his court appearance told the judge he was asleep when asked if he understood his Miranda rights. This guy is out on probation, clearly he didn’t learn a damn thing in prison.

The startling thing about this story for me is the 7-Eleven clerks let him go after beating his ass.

They showed mercy and kindness, yet hours later, this guy is arrested at another convenience store. He had to still be hurting from the beating but he was doing the same thing a few hours later???

The general consensus about this guy getting beaten, is that he deserved it. For once, I’m not the outlier.

Here is a guy who had immediate consequences for his actions and learned nothing. He’s been in prison and learned nothing. So where does that leave us?

I am reminded of my childhood in the Deep South. There were Chain Gangs of prisoners dressed in stripes fixing roads, digging drainage ditches, putting in fences near highways, cleaning up trash, and whatever else the State decided needed doing.

My Father would point at the prisoners as we drove by and say that’s what happens to you if you break the law. You end up chained like an animal doing public work to pay your debt to society.

I asked my Father what a debt to society was.

He then explained that keeping someone in prison cost the state taxpayers money. Feeding them, clothing them, looking after their medical needs, hearing their bullshit in court, all cost the state money. That represents a debt the prisoner owes to society on top of whatever crime they committed and its only fair that they work to pay that back to the taxpayer via public work.

Then he said something I remember very clearly.

He said, “If I ever see you on one of these chain gangs, I’ll be very disappointed, I’ll probably have to pull off the road to cry, I’ll still love you son, but I’ll never be able to forgive you for throwing your life away.”

My Father admitting he’d cry, or even that he could cry?

Now you know why the one LP stolen on a dare had such profound guilt associated with it.

Thinking about it, those Chain Gangs had another purpose. They served as an example to young impressionable children like myself. Seeing these men chained struck fear of breaking the law, or even the rules at school, deep in our hearts. If big strong men could end up like this, we children had no chance. Best obey our parents, the rules, and the laws. They don’t have moonpies or RC in prison, or so my momma says.

The trouble now is that we’ve gone so far into the Wild West, that only gunslinging Marshalls who shoot first and ask questions later can rebalance the scales.

It’s very likely that the Marshalls weren’t nice guys. It’s more likely that they were personally worse than the gangs of criminals they were hunting down.

The famous Marshalls were apex predators taking out the competition. Had they not been paid well, and treated with respect, when they were done with the criminal gangs, they could easily have filled the void and become super criminals. You’ve got to wonder if they didn’t think about it.

Societies are never supposed to cede control to criminals. Which is what California has done, and other states are doing. The apex predators that rise to fight criminals can just as likely become apex criminals.

After all why not? My thinking as an apex predator would be, “Society’s usual checks and balances couldn’t deal with shitty little criminals. I had to take out the trash, I deserve everything the criminals owned, including their business and and income streams. I call it the spoils of war, and no-one can stand against me…”

Mayor Bass had better make being an LA Police Officer a really good deal damn quick. And she better be prepared to look the other way for a few years while officers are brutal in bringing down the criminal element. She also better have an exit plan for officers accused of excessive brutality that includes a nice quiet retirement, not trials or prison.

Poor Hunter!

I guess Hunter must be in shock and possibly in withdrawal after yesterday.

I do feel a little sorry for him. He is after all the product of his father and a sick dysfunctional family.

It must have been quite a shock for him to get in front of the judge thinking he was going to skate away only to have the judge refuse to rubber stamp the plea deal. But the judge went one step further. She stopped him from using drugs and alcohol. She also ordered that he undergo drug testing, and get a job!

He’s either got the sweats and DT’s bad today, or those are yet to come.

The drug testing won’t be a problem for Hunter, his dick has been seen by everyone at this point. He’s not going to be embarrassed by pissing in a cup in front of someone. No-one is likely to be surprised when his test comes back looking like Keith Richards in the 70’s.

Hunter is what his father made him. He doesn’t have to remain that person. I have to say truthfully I don’t know if I would have the strength to walk away from the money and power his family wields. I have no idea what I’d be like if I thought I could get away with anything. I’m a bastard now, unlimited power and money? Oh I’d be an absolute nightmare!

If I’d had access to wealth and power all my life, there’d have been bastard children dropping out of women every ten minutes. As I got older, Kevin Spacey’s legal troubles would be nothing compared to all the inappropriate shit I’d have gotten up to.

I’ve always thought if I had no limits on money and could pay off the cops & politicians… I’d throw an orgy that would make Caligula blush! Fortunately for the world, the universe is wise and prevented me from having the necessary resources.

I am curious what this means to the Biden family. Some pundits and wags suggest this opens the door for a complete investigation of the Bidens. Other people say this is going to be confined to only Hunter.

Imagine that! After all the shit Hunter has been through apparently supporting the Biden family and now, they’re burning his ass like yesterday’s trash.

But Daddy still has one ace up his sleeve. Daddy can pardon Hunter once he’s convicted. The White House has said Daddy won’t pardon Hunter, but the White House lies all the time. Them saying Daddy won’t, means it’s a lock that Daddy will come to the rescue.

I wonder if there’s any way that Hunter’s trial or sentencing can be delayed until after January 20, 2025? That’s shitty I know. If Hunter and Daddy were in the same prison though, we could save money on the deal by having them share a cell and making Hunter provide round the clock care that Joe so obviously needs.

I doubt very seriously that Hunter will do a day in jail and possibly that fact will be what destroys his father’s remote chance at being elected for a second term. The next President should give Hunter the congressional Medal of Honor for “Saving Democracy”.

What are the next congressional follies for me to enjoy? Hmm. Oh look, they’re hearing testimony about UFOs and the obvious intergalactic incident brewing because we’ve dissected intelligent beings from another planet. The diplomatic implications are truly terrifying!

Yeah, just let that one sink in.

Men, if you want to visit a Male only resort…

Get your reservations in order NOW.

Pardon me for putting this bluntly but a fucking bitch filed a discrimination law suit against Island House and New Orleans House because both resorts specifically cater to male clients desiring a clothing optional vacation, and denied her entry to the clothing optional areas. Hey lady, if you want to see naked men you could look at any number of websites!

Here’s the link

Gentlemen this is how if fucking starts!

I’ve seen this bullshit play out over years and several businesses.

The first was a place whose owner recognized that Men, real Males, dudes who have cocks and balls, like having their grooming needs met in a place where they don’t have to smell the chemicals used to color or curl hair. They also don’t like the smell of fiberglass and acrylic nail bonding materials.

This particular owner owned two salons, about a block apart. One they designated as for men, the other they designated for women. Both salons were decorated in ways that appealed to their expected clientele.

The male space provided a beer after work, current games and replay channels of various sports. Men could, and did go in after work and get their hair cut on the way home. It was a welcoming space and we could even get a real straight razor shave. In effect this place was a safe space for men.

That ended when a nasty bitch decided that she didn’t want to go to the lady’s place, she wanted to have her hair cut in a mans place because the lady’s place wouldn’t do it right. Which was ironic because a lot of the stylists working in the male space had come from the female salon. The exception were the 3 barbers who were authorized by California to do straight razor shaves.

I once overheard a new stylist saying how glad she was to be working at the men’s salon. I asked her why it mattered she was working for the same owners. She smiled and replied, “Men are so much nicer to work with. If I make a mistake or misunderstand how a man wants his hair cut, I apologize and fix it with zero drama.”

When this nasty bitch was asked to go to the lady’s salon, she ran crying to an attorney like the little bitch she was.

One year later, what had been a booming business catering to men, was just another stinky hair burning palace. The barbers left within a month or two, and a lot of the stylists found other places to be. The place still exists and operates under the same name but where their website used to have men, and male cuts and services prominently displayed now it’s all female. I’m not trying to be misogynistic but I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a man to want a male space.

Similarly there was a gym that had VIP Male locker rooms that you paid a lot of money extra to have. The same gym didn’t have a female equivalent. The reason wasn’t about discrimination it was about profit.

There were substantially more men from local businesses who would pay for a nicer private locker room with more amenities. The women typically didn’t and even if they were willing to pay extra, women made up less than 25% of the membership of this particular gym. The math is simple, the owners of the gym invested where it was likely they’d get a substantial return on the investment.

That gym is now closed.

I heard of another gym that tried an experimental mix in the VIP locker room, but the women didn’t like that men would walk around without bothering to wrap a towel around themselves.

The men for their part thought nothing of being nude and if the women wanted to be there… Fine, ladies you’re going to see us in our natural habitat.

The women eventually won. I’m not sure what the mechanism was, but many younger men are so ashamed of their bodies they’ll leave a gym without showering or even changing clothes. They’re too afraid of someone else seeing their cocks and balls. Older guys like me… I don’t much care one way or the other.

I guess we all knew this assault on Men was coming. If not from some crazed bitch who just wants to make trouble, then it would be from some fucked up trans asshole. Can you tell that I’m sick to fucking death of this trans bullshit?

Now this trans shit is going to destroy clothing optional men’s resorts right along with every other fucking thing this moronic movement has destroyed or otherwise fucked up beyond all recognition.

I don’t want to share clothing optional spaces with “Halflings” (God I hate using that term because I actually like Hobbits,) unfortunately I’m given no choice.

I don’t want to look at some half transitioned naked whatever the fuck it is. This is especially true if I’m at a resort trying to relax. I don’t mind whatsoever being at a nudist resort with men and women. That’s a different situation, everyone is naked and the vibe is different from a male only space.

An awful lot of the half transitioned should get their money back, there’s no excuse for their mastectomy scars to be that prominent.

My brain can’t relax when I’m forced to observe a science experiment. Sorry, I am not going to be able to be anything but clinically analytical and that’s not relaxing to me.

Where the fuck can I go and have my rights or desires respected?

When I contemplate things like this, and ask the question above, this is what I hear in my head;

NO FUCKING WHERE, Bucky!

You’re a male, you’re white, you’re not hip, you’re not young, you don’t understand our wonderful brave new utopian world, so why don’t you just die?

That really appears to be the message men get from almost all fronts these days.

There was recently a news article that rebooted my brain. The article said that fitness was white supremacist because white nationalist groups promote a healthy lifestyle and healthy competition between males.

In other words, older values and traditions that celebrate strength, redirected normal aggression into healthy pursuits like wrestling, boxing, and various martial arts is racist and wrong. Celebrating masculinity, perhaps even trying to revive some of the rites of being accepted as a man by other men and the implied duties of manhood are now “BAD”. It’s racist for MALES TO BE WHAT THEY ARE and accept it guilt free.

But it’s okay when people deny reality and identify as a cross sexed elf Klingon hybrid clone of Kayliss? We’re all supposed to accept this as normal? I think not!

I’ve written in this very blog many times over the years that stifling natural male tendencies would lead to no good.

Boys aren’t all ADHD, they’re high fucking energy and need to move. That’s not a bad thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was actually some biological system forcing the restlessness and need to move. I’ve wondered if it was part of why males are generally stronger than females.

A lifetime of rough and tumble activities and testing ourselves against our world has to develop strength, agility, coordination and the world teaches us our limits.

We used to accommodate this need with recess and time after lunch to hit the playground so that boys could burn off their excess energy before returning to the classroom.

Elder adult males could also be trusted to act as guardians, and guides on the path of manhood. Many of them were probably handing down lessons and knowledge in an almost oral tradition. They’d been taught by their fathers and grandfathers, who’d been taught by their fathers and grandfathers in an unrecognized tradition that may have gone back hundreds of years or further.

Manhood, Masculinity, Duty to Family, God, and Country, Decency, and Honor were all in the not too distant past celebrated.

Often, the first celebration of passing from childhood to manhood was with the patriarchs of a young man’s family. The recognition of the passing may have been formal or it may have been something as simple as being invited to listen to, or participate in a discussion the men were having at Thanksgiving dinner.

The young man being called to the adult table from the kids table, and the elder men scooting aside to make room for the new addition to their ranks. These were powerful acknowledgements of a young man having earned respect and gaining acceptance of the elders.

In that acceptance was another message, “Welcome. Now young Man, you will have duties you didn’t have before. Continue proving yourself and that you’ve learned the lessons we tried to teach you.

In large part I think this has been stripped away from our society and what we’ve gotten from this lack is 40% of Brown University identifying as LGBTQI @#$%^&( or whatever.

The really surprising thing about this to me personally is that Gay or Straight never changed the fundamental duties of manhood or masculinity. You were a man first, who you got your rocks off with, and how was supposed to be your business.

I wrote these thoughts down over the years using polite terms. The time for polite is passed.

It’s well past time for the Elder men to stand unafraid against a society gone mad. Now, I’m not going to bother with politeness or worry about hurting someone’s feelings. I’ll speak my mind and urge what men are left to do the same. Speak the truth, and if someone has to go to their safe space so be it.

I’m sick of my manhood and masculinity being under constant assault, (called toxic, dangerous, racist, misogynistic, hateful…) by people who would without question take from me all that I am. At the same time, these people would demand that I substitute their philosophy for my own . The reward they think I’ll value is acceptance into a society that I don’t want to participate in, or recognize.

I’ve digressed a bit.

Okay, I’ve meandered all over the fucking road! I’m sorry but there’s a lot of stuff running through my head all the time now. I’m trying to work through it. In a way it feels like All of these things are buffered in my brain, I’ve got to get them out so that normal operations can resume.

I’d really hoped to visit The FL Keys again and stay in these famous gay resorts before I kicked off this planet.

Now, depending on how the appeals and counter appeals go there may not be any point.

Another thing, another pleasure, taken away or destroyed by the tyranny of the infinitesimally small minority.

Although in this case I wouldn’t be surprised if the woman in question is a religious zealot who cleverly realized she could fuck the evil sodomites using lawfare. Or perhaps she had her husband leave her for another man so she’s taking revenge.

Either is possible and i suspect that regardless of where the courts or hotel commission come down on this, she may have already won.

I honestly can’t see myself paying the rates that Island House or New Orleans House charge, to sit around pretending to enjoy being surrounded by refugees from Frankenstein’s workshop.

If that sentiment is shared by a large enough number of gay men, then the gay meccas of Fire Island, Key West, Palm Springs, and perhaps even the Russian River will be gone for good. Just like a lot of the famous gay bars. Been to LA or Laguna Beach lately??

The equation is simple.

Pay $150 a night at a clothing optional resort being forced to see something that brings you no enjoyment, you’re surrounded by freaks, and too uncomfortable to take your clothes off… OR pay $150 a night at The Hilton, enjoy the pool, and have room service.

For me, it’s a matter of value.

If I’m staying at The Hilton, then I don’t have to visit Palm Springs, Fire Island, Key West, or the Russian River. There won’t be any gay men there for me to interact with anyway, so any Hilton in any city on the planet will do just fine.
