You know, you just can’t win.

MayaWiley 1200x1200.Yesterday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” civil rights attorney Maya Wiley said there was a direct line from some folks referring to Kamala Harris as a DEI hire to Project 2025.

I have to point out that Biden said I’m going to choose a black female for my Vice President.

He didn’t say, I’m going to choose the best person to be my Vice President. He made it about race and gender right from the start. In my book that’s pretty much the definition of a DEI hire.

Project 2025 (I have not read it entirely) appears to be a plan for the next president, (granted it’s skewed conservative and more likely than not, toward Trump and his base,) however it’s a plan for any President to use in their first 180 days in office.

The plan was put together by conservatives in an attempt to help chart a course correction for the country. Any President is welcome to use it. Just because the plan was written by conservatives doesn’t mean that it’s been delivered from the 7th circle of hell direct from Satans hand.

Notice I said a plan. Not a manifesto, not tablets from a mountain, not etched in stone, not the edicts of an emperor enforced under penalty of death. It’s a plan. Plans change, adapt, and are abandoned often once the plan meets reality. (Joe Biden’s 2nd term & Reelection campaign ring a bell?)

Ms Wiley claims that Project 2025 is going to dismantle all the civil rights laws.

I find that claim to be dubious. Although someone like her would say the same thing about my belief that special protection laws should be stricken from the books.

I believe if we lived under the premise that all Citizens are created equal, then by extension all laws apply equally to all Citizens, negating any necessity for special protections.

The law gets a whole lot simpler to obey and enforce if it’s consistent and has none or very few exceptions.

A thief is a thief subject to a penalty for theft regardless of skin color, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. For example: If you steal, and are caught you get 4 years in prison for each $1000 in value.

Simple, enforceable, and easily understood.

When I talk about exceptions I mean to penalties. I believe a Judge should have the ability to sentence a 14 year old first time offender to community service rather than prison or other  incarceration.

In other words I believe there should be the possibility for humanity and mercy not a totally mechanistic justice system. Which is why I believe Judges must be wise, know the law, and incorruptible. At the same time, laws should be few in number and easy to understand.

I digress.

I don’t know what Ms Wiley is talking about, as I said, I haven’t gotten that far into the document.

It’s available, you can download it. The writers of Project 2025 aren’t trying to hide it or be sneaky.

What I find interesting is this.

If there wasn’t a plan of some kind the left would be beating the right over the head about not having a plan. 

Because there is a plan, the left is pulling out all the stops to label the plan as something evil and some of the left is equating Project 2025 to Mein Kampf.

Thus far I haven’t seen evidence to corroborate this equivalence but I’ll keep looking.

I fear Kamala will likely be the President. I don’t like it, but there it is.

Kamala harris.I reread the following and apologize for the hyperbole. Sometimes I’m just as bad as the talking heads on TV telling us that Trump will be the end of democracy.

It’s hard to maintain objectivity. I don’t think either of the main party candidates deserve my vote. If/when it comes to it I’ll cast my vote for Trump.

I’d prefer a candidate that was not a choice between Kamala and Trump. I think Kamala would be worse for the country than another Trump Term, but I’d really prefer an option that clearly led us in a better direction.

I want Pragmatism, not Societal Engineering.

It’s that desire for Pragmatism that leads me to voting Trump. I’ve thought a business man running our country as a business would be preferable to some of the programs lifelong Democrats seem to sponsor and prefer.

I honestly wonder about RFK Jr. He’s got some good ideas. While I doubt seriously that he has a chance in hell of winning the election. It would be great if he found a place in either party’s administration where he could do some good.

Without further ado, here is the original piece I wrote this morning.

Under her wonderful leadership, I fear the damage Biden and she have done to the country will ossify.

If you think about it, Kamala could finish out Joe’s term, then still have 8 more years as The President.

That’s why I think the damage will be irreversible. 12 years of horribly flawed leadership & policies from the combination of Biden/Harris would be bad enough, but you’ve got 8 years prior of Obama/Biden. 

Thinking about it, If Harris wins 2 terms, that would mean 20 years of Democrat rule broken only briefly by 4 years of Trump. After that length of time, the Government Bureaucracy will have a major case of, “We’ve always done it this way,” so change of any kind is unlikely except the normal bloating growth of government. 

I strongly suspect if Kamala is elected it will herald an assault on The Constitution unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

The SCOTUS will probably go from 9 to 30 left wing liberals (I exaggerate the number) meaning that they’ll always come down on whatever side of an issue is most advantageous to, or popular with liberals. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the ninth amendment repealed, paving the way for the only rights of the people, to be those allowed or given by the state.Subject to change of course.

We’ve already seen how malleable the statute of limitations is when The State decides it must prosecute a perceived enemy. What we’ve see over the last 4 years certainly appears to be an extension of Obama era weaponization of government agencies and the DOJ.

I’d bet that the democrats in Congress will multiply and willingly vote to spend us into complete foreclosure probably to China. Meaning that instead of China having to go to war with us, they’ll have simply purchased us outright.

Better start leaning Mandarin!

Oh, this won’t all happen under Kamala’s presidency. After her, there’ll be Presidents from different parties but they’ll be weak, feckless, cut outs, offering the illusion of choice to the people, unable to do anything about the damage, even if they were willing to try.

After Kamala, the laws and changes to The Constitution will be irrevocable because there will never be enough votes (or desire) in the House and Senate to undo the changes. Congress will be nothing more than a mechanism to reward loyalists.

Vladimir Putin.I figure 4, maybe 5, presidents more, until we’re all on our knees sucking Chinese cock. I might live to see it, I might live long enough to say, “I told you so!” Before I’m executed because someone finds this blog, or I spoke improperly about a CCP party official.

You have to admit, Xi, and Putin have got to be literally wet with excitement at the prospect of Kamala being President. 

I saw that Hillary was being floated as Kamala’s VP and pictured leaders of Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and Xi & Putin all asking for more lube as they jerked off to the thought of America being so weak and led by two people with questionable morals, and intellect.

Putin has the goods on Hillary so I’d expect a fair amount of Putin getting what he wants, but there’ll be no accusations of “Russian Collusion”.

Kamala will win simply because of the liberal white woman vote. Every single liberal white woman will vote for Kamala because they’re voting against Donald Trump. 

These women believe without question that Donald Trump is Satan Incarnate.

He’s the pussy grabbing, Insurrection planning, White supremacist, Nazi, department store rapist, loan fraud committing, mean tweeting, racist, abortion denying, homophobic, fucker, they’ve been told he is.

We can thank our horribly compromised media for almost a decade of misrepresentation about Trump the man, and more broadly people with conservative opinions & views. 

Saul alinsky.These women (including my Mother, Sister, and Niece) believe that it’s their moral imperative to make sure Trump doesn’t get elected. It is impossible to talk to them.

God help you, if you present actual facts that refute the media narrative. (Although it’s interesting to watch them reject the information. Even when it’s in the form of original uncut video!)

Add Hillary to the ticket and these women will force their husband to fill out his ballot according to their instructions like a truculent child finally having to do his homework. They’ll tell their significant other’s, “No Pussy till you do what I say. Keep defying me and I’ll file for divorce and take 3/4 of your shit.“

They’ll do this because they have this belief that, “Trump is evil. It’s time for a woman in the Whitehouse. It’s time for a woman President.” They believe that they know what is best for everyone. Amazing as it seems, suddenly, they’ll all know what a woman is. Fancy that!

They don’t give a rats ass about the competency of The President as long as The President is a gash in a sundress.

A “black” woman and Hillary. OMG!

We’re talking multiple orgasm territory! Their big assed Hitachi massager/vibrators will overload the power grid on inauguration day.

They could arrange to have Trump shot in front of the Lincoln Memorial as part of the festivities. After all, he denied Hillary the Presidency in 2016, obviously, he must be punished!

I shudder to think of the “Karening” of America that would ensue.

I have to admit, well played Democrats, well played.

I swear CNN seems to search for idiot commentators.

The idiotic statements that come out of these peoples mouths never ceases to amaze me.

CNN political commentator Ashley Allison said Tuesday on CNN’s “Situation Room” that it is offensive to her as a black woman when Vice President Kamala Harris is called incompetent.

How the hell do you get to the race card with a statement of objective fact?

Ms Allison makes her case after an exchange with Matt Mowers formerly of the Trump Administration, wherein he described Kamala Harris’s record of failure. All of which fits the definition of the word “Incompetence”. Apparently Ms Allison nor anyone else on the panel, aside from Mr. Mowers, has ever opened a dictionary.

Allison said, “She’s not incompetent, okay. Like, you don’t become the attorney general of California or senator or the vice president of United States. By calling her incompetent you’re calling the 81 million people who voted for her incompetent as well.”

All one need do is look a Kamala’s history to dismantle Ms. Allisons defense. Kamala Harris had the path cleared for her to become attorney general of California by Willie Brown. Her ascension to Senate was similarly arranged. What should offend Ms. Allison is Kamala’s record as attorney general and the various miscarriages of justice and scandals during her tenure. 

I believe it was Tulsi Gabbard who in a 2019 debate enumerated Kamala Harris’s incompetence as California Attorney General. Effectively ending Harris’s presidential campaign.

CNN Talking heads just can’t seem to do any research at all, unless it’s about Trump or someone loosely affiliated with Trumps 9th cousin thrice removed on his mother’s side.

One line of her reasoning stood out to me, “By calling her incompetent you’re calling the 81 million people who voted for her incompetent as well.”

Okay, by that logic, the left and media calling Trump a NAZI, a Rapist, a white supremacist, an insurrectionist, etc., has been calling ~80 million voters who voted for Trump all of those things as well.

And people like Ms Allison wonder why there is so much hate and division in this country. Really? Look to your own double standards lady!

As a White Man, It’s offensive when media “personalities” call and /or imply Trump, Vance, Comer, Jordan, or Rand Paul are hateful Neo-Nazi bigots without evidence because these talking heads don’t like their politics or decisions.

But we all know, if I say something like that, it’s dismissed because I’m a White Man and my concerns or opinions don’t matter nearly as much as yours do. Racism and your race card have become so fucking irrelevant at this point you might want to back off that rhetoric. 

I daresay white people are sick of hearing it, and have started to reexamine the guilt you trigger screaming racist every freaking minute.

I have no guilt. People like you will not shame me any more. I refuse to allow you to manipulate me. I will proudly cast my vote for the most qualified person regardless of their gender or skin color.

As an aside, I have no more patience or pity for any group who defines themselves first by their race, gender or sexuality.

Be Americans, stand with other Americans, or get to the fucking back of the bus! Yeah, I meant that to be offensive. I’d love to be able to ask Rosa Parks what her thoughts on screaming “racist” every five minutes is doing to end racism. Somehow I bet you wouldn’t like what she said.

Ms Allison, you and your ilk should understand this, with your constant haranguing, and rhetoric, you are creating the very Nationalists you’re scared of.

Maybe you should start doing journalism and reporting facts instead of emotions.

I had to say it. I know nothing in the media is going to change, except to get worse.

That’s interesting! Since the global CrowdStrike meltdown I havent received SPAM emails

Digital manufacturing.Coincidence? 

It’s probably something like bunch of compromised servers were acting as routing agents and now that those links have been broken.

The IT professionals are looking closely at their systems and questioning all the excessive traffic. They’ve probably throttled it and are waiting to see who complains.

Since so many corporate desktop computers were affected, I’d bet a lot of the worm/phishing/bot software lurking on them has been purged as part of the cleanup.

CrowdStrike was supposed to be protecting corporate computer systems. Maybe this screwup has uncovered that CrowdStrike wasn’t performing exactly as advertised.

It wouldn’t be the first time vaporware was sold to Corporate America. Remember the DOT Com boom/bust? With few exceptions, there was nothing real, but venture capitalists spent billions on smoke & mirrors.

Maybe Corporate America and IT professionals should re-examine CrowdStrike and not be so single sourced? They’ll never listen to someone like me.

I don’t have 100K in student debt forgiven by President Poopy Pants. I also don’t have the right letters after my name, I could say, “The sky is blue,” and they’d dispute or ignore my observation.

A week later one of them would publish a paper on the likelihood that the sky is definitively blue. The byline would have the requisite A.A. B.S. Phd. Maybe there’d be an “et al” too.

For SPAM to drop 99% like it has in my case, suggests something other than CrowdStrike failing. Sure CrowdStrike is the overarching issue and the cleanup is long and tedious.

The question is, will enough people in the right positions ask questions about other functions that have suddenly changed? If SPAM/Phishing emails are being routed by corporate servers then the questions becomes how much of the corporation equipment and bandwidth is being consumed and effectively used for free?

The monetization of SPAM / Phishing is akin to Mining Bitcoin.

No corporation would allow their servers or systems to be used for Bitcoin mining for free. I’ve worked at companies that denied SETI’s distributed computing application from running on their equipment.

The SETI software was at one time a benign screen saver application that used idle computer resources for analysis of radio signals from space. The application itself was slick. It got out of your way when you needed to work. But if you were in a meeting, or at lunch, or home with your family, the system used your desktop CPU cycles to do work that SETI didn’t have the computing resources to do themselves. 

The result: SETI analyzed way more of the sky than they would have been able to in a reasonably short time. Signals of interest got to the right people and sophisticated analysis programs in weeks rather than being buried for years. All it cost was nothing more than leaving computers on, which Corporate America does so that the machines can be updated 24/7 anyway.

But some corporations wouldn’t give SETI anything for “Free”.

So why are these corporations giving SPAMMERS valuable resources for free?

The IT folks don’t pay attention to anything that is “working”. It’s a human trait, “if it works, don’t fix it.”  But that doesn’t mean you’re not supposed to be monitoring the systems, specifically network traffic.

The math is pretty straight forward. How much email is sent within the company. It’s logical to assume most corporate email would be internal. If you notice that your external mail packets are greater than your internal email packets and you’re not engaged in sending customer contact and retention emails then you probably need to track down who’s sending all that mail.

Sometimes it’s an employee, making a few extra bucks on the side. I busted some guys who were looking at and sending/selling porn from my testing lab network. I saw a weird spike in traffic and it was regular enough that I got curious.

Sometimes, the network traffic can’t be tracked to a specific computer or lab. Then you’ve got a more serious problem. 

I’m hoping that the IT folks worldwide, in the process of fixing the CrowdStrike problem are also fixing the SPAM problem.

In the mean time I’m going to enjoy my SPAM free life. I’ll be expecting my SPAM filters to blow up as soon as the CrowdStrike problem is resolved and everyone goes back to business as usual.

Later that day…

Ahhh, there we go, the SPAM is restarting. I’m sure it will be up to its normally annoying level in no time. Oh well it was really nice while it lasted.

He Screwed the country, our national security, our allies, the economy, and finally screwed the DNC nomination processs!

Joe Confused.I guess Obama was right. “Anything Joe touches gets fucked up”.

I’m not sure that’s the exact phrase but it’s damn close.

There was one report that said Joe’s aides found out he was dropping out of the race via X. Talk about disrespecting all your employees and people who believed in you. 

Then again if any of his aides still believed in him, they’re probably too stupid to leave their mother’s basement. 

We all knew this was going to happen. The handwriting was on the wall in flashing neon letters. If Joe had really wanted to fuck over the people that believed in him, including those who voted for his raggedy ass in the primaries, he should have waited another couple of weeks before bowing out. But Joe even fucked up expressing his hatred for his supporters. 

This is the best the Democrat party could do? This is the guy they lied, manipulated, and cheated to get into office and forced him down our throats. This is the guy that was the great white hope of a Democrat controlled government for the next decade or two.

I’d love to call up the ghost of Joseph McCarthy. Can we have him deliver the line, “Are you now or have you ever been a Democrat?“

The down side is that Kamala is in theory going to remain VP. I hope the law and the Republicans force a 25th amendment hearing. We need to retire Biden and let Kamala become president for the next few months.

The American People deserve to know what their choices are. Kamala is singularly unqualified to be President. That’s not about her skin color or that she’s a woman. It’s about who she is and that she’s incompetent.

Americans need to see the incompetence. About 1/2 of America needs to have their noses rubbed in the steaming shit they’ve voted for, simply because they didn’t like mean tweets and believed without question every word the media said.

Another advantage would be that if she is made President for the remainder of this term, it fulfills the bogus demands that we have a woman president, and bonus points because Kamala is a woman of color.

She gets to be the first, and then we can move on with the normal business of righting the ship of state.

Kennedy or Trump would do nicely.
