Ya know, It’s time to end PayPal.

I long ago closed my PayPal Account. I’ve avoided them like the plague since. Thinking about it, I must’ve closed that account 10 years or so ago.

I closed it because they sent out a notice telling their account holders that they’d decline to process any purchases that could be related to firearms.

I didn’t own any firearms but them telling me, the customer, that they would have final say on how I spent my money didn’t sit right. They also had some other things they’d decline to process, specifically adult oriented purchases.

To be clear, the PayPal Account I had was not a credit account. This was PayPal getting between me and the cash assets I’d deposited into their financial system.

So I thought about it for a while then pulled my cash out of their system. When the account was closed I never looked back.

PayPal hasn’t crossed my mind until yesterday.

There was an AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) released from PayPal stating that they would take $2500.00 from a user’s account if PayPal determined that the user spread “Misinformation”

There’s an article from MSN Here, and another article from Breitbart Here.

Prohibited activities include:

the sending, posting, or publication of any messages, content, or materials that, in PayPal’s sole discretion, (a) are harmful, obscene, harassing, or objectionable, (b) depict or appear to depict nudity, sexual or other intimate activities, (c) depict or promote illegal drug use, (d) depict or promote violence,  criminal activity, cruelty, or self-harm (e) depict, promote, or incite hatred or discrimination of protected groups or of individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.) (f) present a risk to user safety or wellbeing, (g) are fraudulent, promote misinformation, or are unlawful, (h) infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of any party, or (i) are otherwise unfit for publication.

That’s a pretty broad brush they’re painting with. Essentially anything that you might say which someone might take offense at could cost you 2500.00 per incident.

They can’t directly attack the First Amendment, so they’re going to silence you with fines. Imagine, you getting into a Twitter exchange where 50 Trans or Abortion activists were offended.

With this policy in place, the perpetually aggrieved could report you to PayPal and use PayPal to financially ruin you if you had an account.

People like Jordan Peterson, Kanye West, Marjorie Taylor Green, Dave Rubin, or any other conservative voice, could literally be run into bankruptcy in less than 24 hours. Hey, it’s all automatic isn’t it? All it takes is some person in a cubical hitting a “FINE” button based on every complaint lodged against someone, verified or not. Hell it could even be done with an algorithm.

The really evil part of this scheme is that the people complaining don’t get the cash. PayPal keeps it.

There’s no checks or balances.

If a person complaining could get $2500 for their complaint, but stood to loose that money if the complaint was found to be invalid, then at least the complaints might have a chance of being ‘real’. But PayPal was trying to create a completely open ended system where they cashed in with no accountability.

PayPal must be ended! I think everyone should close their accounts immediately. Don’t use PayPal even to process a credit card. Why give them any possible leverage to destroy your financial stability?

This form of manipulation must be stopped. It’s not just PayPal, banks all over the world are starting to engage in social justice instead of doing what they’re paid to do, which is hold client money and process payments.

PayPal is walking this whole thing back today. But it’s only because of the blowback. This was not a mistake, as PayPal is claiming today. This was their intention, they just didn’t anticipate that people would actually read their AUP.

Make no mistake, banks, and payment processors, particularly those in the sphere of technology are rabid social justice warriors, they’re leftists, and this may be part of the so called “Conspiracy” to make every human being subject to ESG scores.

Choose your financial institutions wisely. Don’t comply with this kind of bullshit.

Banks hold money, it is not up to them to be your parents, approving of how you spend your hard earned money.

Why the Trans agenda is wrong

A picture, as they say, is worth a 1000 words.

Oakville Trafalgar High School 75 png

This is a Canadian High School shop teacher. This also happens to be this teacher’s usual attire. This is obviously a man who not only is dressing as a woman, but is also dressing in the fashion of Japanese Anime Porn.

Aside from the caricature this man is making of a woman, and the grossness of this display.

There’s a cruelty for his male shop students as well.

The men, and I mean genetic men, reading this may remember that when they were in their teens, any passing thought of sex would generate a physical reaction. In some cases that physical reaction aside from being uncomfortable, could also be the source of teasing and embarrassment.

There is almost nothing worse than having your dick bound up in your boxers, getting hard, and then having your buddies bust your balls about it.

The ladies in the room may have similar experiences with uncontrolled arousal but having your external plumbing swelling and being strangled by your underwear is a very uncomfortable experience that all men can relate to.

Having your erection publicly called out in a classroom is humiliating and shameful enough. For guys on the larger side it’s worse, they may come to believe they’re “freaks” due to their size and develop a lot of shame and inhibitions about their bodies along the way.

A good friend of mine described feelings of shame, isolation, embarrassment, and humiliation, he developed while in school gym classes in junior high school, then later in high school, and even the Marine Corps.

He hated being called “Horse Dick”, or “Horse” when he was young.

In later adulthood, he realized it wasn’t meant to hurt him it was a somewhat envious acknowledgment of fact. Eventually he’d smile and his closest friends could call him “Horse” he’d take it as a term of friendship. It became a nickname that was used in private acknowledging the closeness of the private relationship between them. Our group of friends were of an age where nudity among friends wasn’t a big deal. Gym time, camping, getting ready for dates, being roommates, in all of these situations we were pretty uninhibited.

He told me that he’d had whores refund his money when he dropped trou.

Eventually he came to “Own” it, he once said, “he was built for large women and small cattle,” his words, not mine.

It took years for him to come to grips with his size, but he was still shy and easily embarrassed about it. He explained, he’d start a sexual encounter by telling the prospective partner, “Let’s start with a hand job and see where it goes.”

Having seen him in the shower, I can tell you his, ‘small cattle’ description was spot on.

We were close enough that I asked him once how big he was when fully erect. He said he had a solid 11 inches and was almost as thick as a coke can. This severely limited his sexual partners. Given what he looked like soft, I absolutely believe him.

The kicker is, he was one of the gentlest, kindest, souls I’ve ever has the honor of meeting. The women that refused him, missed out on something that would have been special (not because of his size,) but because he’d have been so attentive to their needs.

This male teacher appearing in class dressed like this is, in my opinion, cruel on as least two fronts.

On the first front, young men confronted with even exaggerated fake breasts, especially those with detailed nipples may lead them to fantasies they’ve constructed while looking at pornographic images of real women. This would easily cause  uncomfortable erections in class, followed by teasing from peers. One of the hardest things for a young man to do is shut down their fantasies.

Add the teasing humiliation of a boy having an erection in class due to the teacher pictured above. “You like that? You pervert!”, “Oh you’re gay for an ugly tranny? You sick fuck!” That potentially harmful baggage being loaded on a pubescent boy is really unfair.

On the second front, seeing exaggerated breasts like the ones this teacher is strapping on, may put some boys off breasts altogether. Alternatively, it may set other boys on a path to only dating women with the biggest breasts they can find. Therefore undermining the body image of the real girls in the schools.

Either way this inappropriate display on the part of the teacher may have lasting effects on the boys, and girls, creating  unhealthy associations or lifestyle choices.

Honestly, I wonder if this teacher is using this display to cause erections amongst his male students in an attempt to “Shop” for a dick he’d like to try. That would be the epitome of “Grooming”

Yet the Canadian Government says it’s the teachers right to appear in class dressed this way. The Canadian Government tells the students and their parents, they’re in the wrong for protesting.

This teacher is wearing apparel that is a workplace hazard. After all this man is working around power tools. When I was working repair of office equipment, the first thing we did was remove, or tuck our neckties into our shirts. Why? Because there was a danger of the necktie getting caught on moving parts and the necktie could potentially strangle us.

What happened to common sense? If the harness holding these fake tits in place were to be caught in one of the saws this teacher could be dragged into the saw. Regardless of the “rights” of the trans person to be trans, I think that the school could take action based on workplace safety.

What about the rights of the students in the classroom? What about the inalienable right of a student to not look at something that’s offensive or makes them uncomfortable?

How is it that a trans person’s rights are somehow more revered or important than everyone else?

This is fundamentally wrong. To be honest, this kind of exhibition demeans women. While I wouldn’t tell this man he can’t wear this kind of drag, he should keep it at home. If he and his partner are excited by this, fine but it’s in extremely poor taste.

What’s next? Trans-Species rights?

Can I declare myself a member of the fictional Romulan Empire? Should I run out to get surgery on my ears, change my eyebrows, alter my facial structure and then buy old costumes from Paramount?

Would that be accepted? Probably. Would I have rights to impose my Romulan-ness on others? Probably not.

Departing from fiction, I’m descended from Viking stock. Would I be able to embrace my Viking heritage dressing as a Viking, carrying Viking weapons in public, and settling disputes or insults at the point of a short sword? It’s my cultural inheritance need I conform to any laws other than those of my culture?

I can tell you the answer is a definite “NO”

Sorry Karen Bass I don’t believe you.

Karen bass

I’m sure that LAPD doesn’t either.

Here’s the super brief catch up on this story. On September 9th Karen Bass’s Los Angeles home was broken into. During the burglary two guns were stolen. These guns were in a safe, the safe was hidden away, and there were other items of value in plain view within the home however these items were not taken. In fact nothing else was taken.

At the time, I thought, “That’s really weird,” but Ms. Bass is sticking to her story.

We’re supposed to believe that a burglar went straight to the safe, did the work to open it, and only took two guns? This doesn’t pass the sniff test.

That notwithstanding, according to CNN, the LAPD has arrested two men.

Both suspects have latin surnames and are facing various charges related to the burglary. Something still doesn’t smell right!

With little to no description of the perps, LAPD has zeroed in on these suspects making a spectacularly quick and implausible arrest. This while other crime goes unchecked throughout Los Angeles. How is this possible?

Did the suspects walk-in to Rampart Station drunk and bragging about their burglary to the desk sergeant?

No mention is made of recovery of the weapons, Did LAPD have the suspects fingerprints on file? If so what were these two guys doing out on the streets? Were they on parole? Did they have outstanding warrants?

I’m sorry Karen Bass, I not only don’t believe you, I can’t believe you. This whole story is simply too fantastic to buy.

To be honest, it looks like you’re trying to cover something up. I wonder what that might be.

I’m wondering if the weapons went missing a while ago and if you simply neglected to mention it to LAPD at the time? I’d be very interested to find out if the ballistics from your weapons matched other crimes predating your September 9th report of loss.

Did you pay these guys to be your fall guys? Will they actually be held by Gascón or will they be released without posting bail? Is this about your Mayoral race? Will these guys be Epsteined or simply disappear?

If there are crimes matching your guns ballistics which occurred prior to your reported loss, there are only two possibilities. 1) You committed the crimes, or 2) You lied on a LAPD report. Either way you should face appropriate charges and that means an end to your political career.

I know that would never happen even if there was overwhelming evidence of you committing a crime.

I hate it when people in power assume that the average folks are morons.

Funny, I don’t feel any better!

President Joe Biden gave a speech last night.

Normally, I dutifully ignore his speeches because they are often full of inaccuracies and hyperbole. This is true of most speeches any President, Premier, Prime Minister, Potentate, Dictator, or whatever may make.

I would have ignored the Biden Speech as well. Except that all the sudden my phone started buzzing with News Alerts. Those too I would have ignored, except for this image.

GettyImages 1242872745

Upon seeing this image, I pulled up the entire speech and sat through all 29 grueling minutes.

I was very annoyed at the fact that I had to keep adjusting the volume on the TV to hear him. One second, he’s whispering and the next he’s bellowing. (I feel really sorry for the sound crew. They must have been losing their minds too.)

On the one hand The President was saying some things I actually agree with. We should all be working together, political violence is wrong.

Okay, I thought, “I agree with you.”

Then The President veered into his MAGA, Semi-Fascist, rhetoric and he totally lost me.

The President wanted us to know that he doesn’t hate all Republicans. He came close to sounding like the racist who proudly tells someone he has Black Friends. The President wanted us to know he knows America’s heart. That didn’t quite ring true because he is clearly not listening to an increasing number of Americans of all stripes who say they think the country is heading in the wrong direction, (If polls are to be believed.)

I’m a visual kind of guy.

As The President and The First Lady walked out to the podium the lighting was a basic white reflecting off Independence Hall. Then as The President started talking the lighting changes to a somber angry red. This isn’t a color scheme that’s uplifting, it’s dark, brooding, and forbidding.

I found the whole image profoundly disturbing. Perhaps this is because in my visual memory are images of Adolf Hitler giving fiery speeches decrying the evil of the Juden against a background of Nazi flags.

Adolf Hitler speaking at the Lustgarten Berlin 1938

There was something really off about The President’s speech painting Independence Hall in that somber red flanked by Marines.

Perhaps it’s just that I’m old enough that we studied Hitler and Nazism in depth, in Social Studies. Let me say, Hitler was a fantastic orator. The cadence of the words in his speeches was mesmerizing even if you didn’t understand German.

Apologies for this image of Hitler’s back, there are very few surviving color images from that time. This one came to mind but the first one I thought of was him at a podium with the Nazi flag behind him. I can’t locate that image online right now.

The more The President spoke about the threats to Democracy and the danger of MAGA Republicans. The more I felt like I’d heard speeches like this before. Thankfully President Biden isn’t the orator that Hitler or other despots were.

But by the end of his speech I was profoundly uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well last night at all.

I’m not a MAGA Republican. That being said, Hillary versus Trump was the first time I’d never cast a vote for President.

Two questionable choices isn’t a choice. Voting for bad or worse isn’t a viable option for the future of our nation.

In 2020, presented with Trump versus Biden. I voted for Trump. It was a simple choice because Biden was such a poor candidate, and Trump was the “Devil” we knew.

By that time, Trump had survived an impeachment, the Steele Dossier had been disproven, and claims of Russian Collusion were falling apart too. Trump is definitely not a saint, but by 2020 it had become fairly obvious that something more was afoot. The man called it as he saw it, sometimes he called it wrong but at least he spoke plainly. He didn’t take any bullshit.

By 2020 we’d seen the hypocrisy of many in Congress and the double standards were being exposed. The economy was running well, at least until COVID, yet even in the face of COVID, I think people were still pretty positive given the circumstances.

Does that make me a MAGA?

I don’t think so.

I am in favor of an America first agenda. I don’t think rabid nationalism is the solution, but I have no problem thinking of my nation first. I don’t see that as a crime, or particularly selfish. We shouldn’t be feeding our enemies when people in our own country are homeless and hungry.

I’ve always appreciated the wisdom of the airline flight safety briefing.

In the event of cabin depressurization, secure your oxygen mask before helping others.

That concept of securing my own well being so that I have the strength and capacity to help others is just plain common sense.

The more President Biden spoke, the more my mind played tricks on me. In my mind’s eye I saw the background of speech altering. By the time The President finished speaking…

Biden Speech Altered 1

This is what was in my mind’s eye. Perhaps that’s why I didn’t sleep well. I couldn’t shake the image.

The Marines standing in the background was completely un-necessary and I took it as an implied threat. Recently President Biden has said essentially, if you’re worried about giving up your AR-15s or other guns you shouldn’t because we have F-15s and your guns aren’t going to be much use against them.

He couched that in more florid terms but that’s what his statements have boiled down to in my head.

Marines standing behind The President comes across as a threat. Those Marines didn’t appear to be armed, they were too far from The President to afford much in the way of protection. The construction of the stage, walkway, and position of the podium itself precluded either of those Marines from taking action if The President was threatened.

They were Window Dressing.

The choice of location for this speech was also disturbing. Independence Hall, the place where our Founding Fathers debated and approved both, The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution is a place that has very special meaning.

President Biden has said publicly that The Constitution is not absolute. During his speech, he singled out a group of Americans that simply disagree with he and his party. Mind you this is a group of people exercising their First Amendment right to free speech and that includes their right to disagree.

Somehow, The President’s speech and his earlier comments about The Constitution made it seem like he was intentionally defiling Independence Hall.

I want to believe that wasn’t his intention. I want to believe that his handlers and “Show Runners” just didn’t think about it in that light.

Nonetheless, it still feels like somehow The President diminished the revered status of the site last night.

As a conservative leaning Libertarian this President concerns me greatly.

This speech left a very bad taste in my mouth and I suspect that it had the same effect on millions of other people who generally speaking, are middle of the road politically.

The President may have created more MAGA Semi-Fascists last night than he intimidated.

The so called Student Debt Forgiveness isn’t forgiveness.

On the one hand I have to say that some of the lending practices are predatory.

How can they not have been? You’ve got kids graduating from High School, without much in the way of financial knowledge. I’ve known kids who couldn’t balance their checkbook. In some cases they don’t understand how credit cards can suck you down the tube if you’re not paying attentions to interest rates.

For a High School graduate to show up on a college campus, someplace they’ve been told all their lives they have to attend, and seeing how much it’s going to cost, then being offered a loan that pays for it all. This is perhaps predatory by its nature.

Maybe the 101 classes for a new college student should be basic money management and understanding how compound interest works. Those classes should be attended before they’ve committed to anything.

Then with the student armed with real world useful information they can make an informed decision about taking out the loan and perhaps this would inform the student’s choice of major.

All that being said, this Federal Loan Forgiveness isn’t forgiveness.

Loan forgiveness would be the lender says “We’re reducing your existing loan by 10,000” and the lender would take the loss.

This situation our Government is going to pay 10,000 to the lenders. Where does that money come from, from the American Taxpayers.

What this means is that folks who’ve paid their loans off, and folks that went to trade schools, and folks who just went to work out of High School will in fact, be paying for college. Not for themselves, but for other people that made poor or uninformed decisions.

At its core, this is indentured servitude.

Taxpayers are being forced to work for someone else.

I was reminded of the quote from Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged.

“I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.”

– Ayn Rand

This one also sprung to mind;

“The moral justification of capitalism is man’s right to exist for his own sake, neither sacrificing himself to others nor sacrificing others to himself.”

– Ayn Rand

This is not to imply that I’m heartless. Although, I can be.

The question that springs to my mind is; “Would people respond well to a stranger walking into their home and simply taking one of their possessions?”

I’d suggest that most people would react poorly. I believe that most people would get angry even if the person “Needed” the item.

Yet we’re expected to accept precisely this proposition via our taxation process. As if the taxation process somehow changes the basic wrongness of theft. Taxation like this is just theft with extra steps.

I’ve always been skeptical of those who’ve expressed the concept that Taxation is theft. But in light of this loan forgiveness plan coming out of the Biden Administration, I’m rethinking my former skepticism.
