We should remember that The Constitution is a document that defines our government AND<\/strong> its limits<\/strong><\/span>. <\/p>\n You don’t have to be a constitutional scholar to read The Constitution. It is a remarkably straight forward document to build a nation on. I’ve alway believed that the directness of the language was intentional, and the document was to be comprehensible to the general public.<\/p>\n I once had a grand time citing Amendment VII as my reason for refusing to enter into binding arbitration. I was probably citing and using the Amendment incorrectly.
