This time I have two policies I&rsquo;m being billed for which covers the same effective period.<\/p>\n<p>After another 2 hours on hold I got through to someone who agreed that something was indeed wrong and that they would endeavor to correct the problem.<\/p>\n<p>This time around I point out that I no longer had a valid insurance ID card. I requested that they send me a new one. In the meantime the young lady sent me a digital version that was valid for 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe this time I&rsquo;ll have it sorted out.
