Steve Garvey is running for a Senate Seat in California.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d been aware of him running for some political office. Honestly, I hadn\u2019t planned on voting in California for anything ever again. My heart is elsewhere. California be damned.<\/p>\n

BUT…<\/p>\n

I saw a commercial that said, \u201cSteve Garvey Too conservative for California\u2026<\/i>\u201d Then I realized it was an ad from Adam Schiff.<\/p>\n

Okay, NOW<\/b> I\u2019m perhaps interested!<\/p>\n

I wondered if you could get away with a montage of Adam Schiff touting the Russian collusion hoax, or being caught red-handed faking instant messages, or Twitter posts, or Facebook messages then saying something like, \u201cAdam Schiff too big a liar even for California\u2026<\/em>“<\/p>\n

If I\u2019m leaving California, I\u2019d love to toss one last hand grenade of a Conservative Republican Senator being elected for California.<\/p>\n

I admit that I\u2019m really looking forward to a selfie next to one of these signs. I might even go for a full moon next to the sign. Oh perhaps a happy dance video.<\/p>\n

That doesn\u2019t mean that I wouldn\u2019t like to see California start moving back to sanity. If for no other reason than, I still have friends here that don\u2019t deserve to continuously be screwed.<\/p>\n

If that means me voting straight conservative on the ballot I\u2019ll do it for them. I\u2019m not stupid enough to believe that it will have any effect.<\/p>\n

California politics and the state itself are so screwed by years of corruption and mismanagement I honestly think the only way back would be to have nothing but conservatives in every office for the next 30 years. Even then, I\u2019m not sure that would be able to reign in the stupid spending policies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
